Group Work Involves A Service Study On The Integration Of The Elderly With The Accompanying Community

With the development of economy,the acceleration of urbanization,the rapid flow of population,as well as a large number of people to the city migration,the formation of the "accompanying elders" this group.In the new social environment,the accompanying elders also encounter certain difficulties in the new social environment,such as interpersonal communication,social participation,community activities,etc.This paper takes the elderly in H District of Guangzhou as the research object and discusses the degree of integration of the elderly in community activities from the perspective of social work.Using the methods of questionnaire,structured interview,observation,support theory and interaction theory,this paper empirically analyzes the degree of community integration of the accompanying elders.The results of this study found that the factors influencing the community integration of the accompanying elders are: low sense of community integration,low enthusiasm,and few types of community activities.To this end,the author tries to carry out volunteer groups for the elderly,and in the process of intervention,constantly find the problems of group activities,and reflect on and summarize them.Finally,the main purpose is to promote the community integration of the accompanying elders,so that they can have a sense of belonging and belonging in the community.In this paper,the methods of questionnaire,interview,the influential factors of the trailing community elderly fusion carried on the thorough analysis,and according to these factors,the design conforms to the trailing elderly community participation in group work plan,and actively explore the relevant measures to improve the community participation and integrated into the feeling,make the trailing the old play a big role in the community to participate in activities,It can not only fully mobilize the initiative of the accompanying elders to participate in the community,but also stimulate their enthusiasm and promote the construction and development of the community.
