With the increasing number of people with autism,the autistic population has gradually received widespread attention from the governments,enterprises and the community.As the most powerful and strong backing,the parents of autistic people have gradually entered the field of researchers.However,scholars' research on parents of autistic people is mostly focused on the limited factors of difficulties and pressures,while ignoring their own positive ability to cope with difficulties,that is,resilience.During my internship with the G institution in Guilin,the author found that some parents even though experienced a lot of hardships and can recover from the setback during the deeply internship contact of the elderly people with autism,but showed the optimistic living conditions.This phenomenon has intrigued the author's interest.Therefore,the paper focuses on the improvement of parents' resilience of older autistic people.Through in-depth investigations and pre-tests,we learn the main reasons for the low resilience of parents of older people with autism.And using a combination method of literature research and field research and based on the resilience of three elements of external support factors(I have),intrinsic advantage factors(I am),and performance factors(I can)for group intervention.Let these factors run through the process of entire group to answer the questions about the effectiveness of the group's work in dealing with the resilience of parents of older people with autism.The paper is mainly composed of six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,problems and significance of the research,as well as the related literatures at home and abroad.The second part is the design of the research,focusing on the definition of the basic concepts,the theoretical basis of the research,the ideas and the methods of research.The third part is the analysis of the basic situation of the research object.It mainly includes the general situation of G institutions,the recruitment and basic situation of team members,the status of parents' resilience of older autistic people and the reasons for their low resilience.The author finds that there are three reasons for the low resilience of parents of older people with autism.First,there are insufficient external support factors;second,lack of internal advantage;and third,low self-efficacy.The fourth part describes the practical process of group work involved in the parents of older people with autism.First the paper introduced the team's program design including the team's goals,basic concepts and specific program outlines.Secondly,the specific process description of the group is introduced and it presented the beginning of the group,the mid-term transition,the late maturity,and the end of the several paragraph's contents and the process of each group,the performance of the team members,the guiding skills and the effectiveness of the activities are described in detail.Finally is the evaluation of the group's parents' resilience improvement team involved in the elderly with autism,and describes in detail the two aspects of the group's process evaluation and results evaluation.Among them,process evaluation includes group discipline,team performance,and personal growth.The results of the evaluation showed the pre-and post-test comparison of the group members' resilience strength chart,the comprehensive evaluation of the group satisfaction,and the follow-up interview evaluation.The fifth part introduces the reflection and suggestions on the improvement of the resilience of parents involved in group work for older people with autism.First,it describes the problems in the implementation process of the group,then summarizes the advantages of the group implementation process,then proposes the limitations of the group's practical process,and finally submits suggestions.The suggestion has two aspects.Firstly,the suggestions for further improving the parents' stress-resistance group of older autistic people are put forward.Including taking root in service places,improving service professionalism,providing systematic services,ensuring service effectiveness,carrying out family-based social work,improving service effectiveness,formulating scales according to local conditions,and improving the scientificity of measurement.Secondly,other suggestions to improve parents' resilience of older autistic people.The sixth part describes the group's conclusions,research shortcomings and future prospects.The study found that parents of older people with autism can release stress well by participating in the group to improve the ability of emotional management.It can also learn the transposition's consideration,use "empathy" skills in communication to improve the ability to communicate with others and can also learn from each other and improve their care skills.Learn to explore and utilize social resources and improve problem-solving skills;It is also able to establish a sense of purpose and enhance the ability to make goals;It can also establish a better sense of self-image and raise awareness of optimism;At the same time,it can also play a role in improving family cohesion and social support to a certain extent.The team work can improve the resilience of parents of older people with autism to a certain extent.
