| Hidden Adolescents are increasingly concerned by the academic and practical circle, because they are often associated with social problems such as seclusion, gnawing at the elderly, social withdrawal, and social discrimination, and the number of groups is growing. The“Medium and Long Term Youth Development Plan(2016-2025)” points out that it is necessary to timely identify high-risk groups of young people with psychological problems, and the government takes effective measures to solve or alleviate the pressure of young people in their studies, careers, life, and emotions. At present, the understanding of the hidden youth group in China is still at the initial stage, and the intervention exploration is still relatively small, mostly in the way of social work. This study selects the perspective of attachment theory as the guidance of social work practice and three types of hidden adolescents with insecure attachment problems, including contradictory attachment, avoidance attachment, and disorganized attachment,to conduct study. The study combines the case study methods and semi-structured interview method to analyze the characteristics of hidden teenagers’ behavior problems and analyzes the causes from individual, family, school, society, and other aspects. On this basis,we intervene in three different types of attachment problem cases, define the characteristics of the behavior problems existing in these cases, and carry out social work intervention around their personal, family, community, and other levels. After the intervention,we also conducted a targeted effectiveness evaluation. This study found that the formation of hidden youth problems are mostly related to family experiences in childhood, the parent-child relationship was often problematic, and the lack of guidance and correction in the growth process led to the subsequent performance of various hidden behaviors. The practical experience shows that the social work intervention under the perspective of attachment theory has a good effect on adolescents with contradictory and avoidant attachment problems, while it has less effect on adolescents with disorganized attachment problems. This study also has some shortcomings. It has not yet covered the problem cases of non-attachment type, and the comparative intervention effect research isn’t involved. The analysis of the localization application of attachment theory needs further researching. |
