Current Situation And Optimization Strategies Of Social Work Organizations To Participate In Community Governanceachines

The report to the 19 th National Congress of the CPC calls for shifting the focus of social governance down to the community level,giving full play to the role of social organizations,and achieving sound interaction between government governance,social regulation,and residents’ self-governance.As the micro-orientation of social governance and national governance,community governance is a key field that directly connects the country and the people.Because of this,the community has become an important position for multi-party cross-border linkage and collaborative integration.With the continuous promotion of government purchase of services and the requirements of The Times of social governance,social work agencies continue to develop and participate in the social governance of community work,and constantly improve the efficiency of community governance.This study,guided by the multicentric theory,Taking the J Community Governance Project,for example,Data were collected by the unstructured interview method,the semi-structured observation method,Based on the challenges faced by J community,such as low community identity,difficult to meet the differentiated needs of residents,and frequent public health events,Exploring the current involvement of social work agencies in community governance,It is found that social work agencies,through the implementation of party building leading services,build a mechanism for joint construction and joint governance,promote orderly participation in discussion and consultation,and stimulate the extensive participation of multiple subjects,Good results have been achieved,It is mainly manifested to promote the quality and efficiency of community services and form diversified collaborative governance,Build a community co-governance platform,We will continue to improve the effectiveness of community governance.However,there are still practical difficulties that the leading role of party building is not fully manifested,the cooperative cooperation mechanism is not smooth,the participation degree of residents needs to be improved,and the degree of community organization is not high.Based on this,this study proposes four optimization strategies for social work organizations to participate in community governance: first,to promote the party construction and efficiency of community services;second,to strengthen the capacity building of social work institutions to promote efficient participation in collaborative governance;third,to smooth the consultation mechanism to promote efficient and orderly governance;fourth,to construct community social capital and increase the vitality of community governance.
