Research purpose: based on the sustainable development of ice and snow sports in China,to explore the establishment of a talent training mechanism for Chinese ice and snow athletes, combined with the practical needs of the development of ski jumping, this paper studies the relationship between some physiological indexes, psychological indexes, training behavior indexes and training competition results of ski jumping national(collective training)team athletes. The purpose of this paper is to analyze whether there is correlation or consistency between athletes’ objective physical and mental indicators and subjective reported mental state, and the relationship between them and sports performance. To explore the set of possible indicators that can predict sports performance. And then better reveal the law of physical and mental development of athletes, explore the relationship between multidimensional physical and mental state indicators and sports performance, and provide a reference basis for understanding the psychological laws and characteristics of ice and snow sports and improving the level of scientific training.Research methods: taking the ski jumping FIS Cup held in Otte,Estonia on July 3-4,2021 as the time node,21 ski jumping national(training)team athletes who went to Europe to participate in the competition were selected as the object of study.Grouped according to whether or not to participate in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games.According to the list of participants for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games,a total of 7 athletes participated in the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, including 5 men and 2 women, and 14 athletes who did not participate in the Winter Olympic Games,including9 men and 5 women.Using Mini Program combined with mobile phone camera function, intelligent device millimeter wave radar sleep recorder and wearable intelligent movement bracelet, the user’s heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep and breathing during sleep are recorded in real time, and the psychological and physiological status of athletes are fed back through multi-dimensional analysis of these data.POMS mood state scale, general self-efficacy scale, insomnia severity scale ISI and five-dimensional mindfulness questionnaire FFMQ were used to measure and record the mental state of national ski jumpers.Record athletes’ subjective report spirit, recovery, sleep status, athletes’ daily training content and athletes’ training feedback,as well as query and collate athletes’ competition performance data on the official website of the International Snow Federation. The above-mentioned index data of national ski jumpers since May 2021 are collated and summarized by using software such as Excel and SPSS.After screening and elimination,581 competition results,364 behavioral data,120 physiological data and 182 psychological data were obtained.Refer to by nonparametric test.Analysis of the difference between the standard data;through the correlation test to detect the correlation between the index data;the use of principal component analysis for exploratory factor analysis to reduce the dimension of the index.Research results: the performance of ski jumping national(training team)winter Olympic athletes is better than that of non-winter Olympic athletes;the overall mood level of ski jumping national(collective training team)winter Olympic athletes is higher than that of winter Olympic athletes;their internal self-efficacy and mindfulness level are higher than those of nonWinter Olympic athletes. There are significant differences in physiological indexes between winter Olympic athletes and non-winter Olympic athletes in ski jumping national(training)teams, such as the stability of the coordination system and the recovery state of the body of winter Olympic athletes are higher than those of non-winter Olympic athletes, while the fatigue value and stress of non-winter Olympic athletes are higher than those of winter Olympic athletes.Millimeter wave radar and daily three reports of behavior data concluded that the sleep status of winter Olympic athletes is better than that of non-winter Olympic athletes. In the exploration of performance and multi-dimensional indicators,we can know that under the condition of low negative emotion, high self-efficacy and high mindfulness level, the better the sports performance and performance will be.The analysis of multi-dimensions shows that there is a significant correlation among the negative dimensions of POMS mood;the more nervous the athletes are,the lower the general self-efficacy is;the longer the sleep time is,the better the athletes’ recovery state, energy reserve and body coordination and stability are,and the fatigue degree and overwork risk of the body will also be reduced. In January 2022,ski jumpers have poor nervous system activity, poor body coordination ability, high pressure and high fatigue value.A total of 11 characteristic variables are extracted after principal component analysis.compared with the index data before principal component analysis,it is found that the data standard deviation is significantly lower than the original, the data range is smaller and the data distribution is more concentrated.Research conclusion: This paper studies the relationship between some physiological indexes, objective measurement of psychological state, subjective report of psychological state, training behavior and performance of athletes in ski jumping countries(training teams). It is found that there is a correlation between some physiological indexes and psychological indicators of athletes, and there are differences in the physical and mental state of athletes at different levels, that is,the higher the level of athletes, the better their physical and mental state. Some physiological or psychological indexes are correlated with athletes’ sports performance and performance, which can predict the functional state and performance of athletes in this period of time to a certain extent. |
