Research objectives: Children are the future and guarantee of a country,and low attention level of children is a common phenomenon at present,which has a negative impact on the development of children.Therefore,according to the characteristics of children ’ s attention development,this paper cites the sensitive quality training method-hexagon ball training as an intervention means,aiming to explore the influence of hexagon ball training on 11-12 year-old children’s attention and agility quality.In order to promote children’s attention and physical and mental health development,enrich the school PE teaching means.Research methods: This paper uses the method of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics to study.Through the comparison of data before and after the experiment and between the two groups after the experiment,the influence of six-corner ball training on the attention and agility of 11-12 year old children is analyzed.In this study,72 students from Chengnan School in Nehe City were randomly selected as experimental subjects for exercise intervention for 10 weeks,and were divided into experimental group and control group according to the original class,with 36 students in each group,including 18 boys and 18 girls.The experimental group received six corner ball training ten minutes before class,while the control group received traditional agility training ten minutes before class.According to the expert interview and literature review,the training method,attention and agility quality test indexes were finally determined.The four quality indexes of attention were attention distribution,attention span,attention stability and attention transfer.The test indexes of agility and diathelism were T-type run test,hexagon test and 10-meter run around the bar test.Firstly,the homogeneity test was conducted on the indicators of attention,agility and body shape of the two groups of students before the experiment to ensure that there were no significant differences in the indicators between the two groups of students before the experiment.After the experiment,the selected indexes were tested again,and the results were obtained by analyzing and comparing the data within the longitudinal group and between the two horizontal groups.Results: 1)After the experiment,the attention test results of children in both groups were significantly improved compared with before the experiment,and the P value of attention allocation in both groups was 0.000(P <0.01);The attention span was 0.000(P <0.01)and 0.019(P <0.05),respectively.Attention stability was 0.000(P<0.01),0.001(P<0.01);Attention transfer was 0.000(P<0.01).2)After the experiment,the attention distribution level(P=0.002 <0.01),attention span level(P=0.047<0.05),attention stability level(P=0.043<0.05)and attention transfer level(P=0.001<0.01)of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group;There was no significant gender difference in the attention enhancement effect of the tested children in this experiment(P>0.05).3)The sensitivity and diathesis test results of children in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment,and the test results of three test indicators were all P=0.000(P<0.01);4)After the experiment,there were no significant differences in the results of sensitivity and diathesticism test between the two groups,including T-type run test(P = 0.866 > 0.05),hexagon test(P=0.958>0.05)and 10-meter run around the pole test(P =0.753 >0.05).There was no significant difference between boys and girls in the improvement of sensitivity and diathesis in this experiment(P >0.05).Conclusions: 1)The six-corner ball training has a significant effect on the improvement of attention level of 11-12 year-old children,among which the improvement degree of attention from the largest to the smallest is attention transfer,attention distribution,attention stability,attention span.And in this experiment,there was no gender difference in the improvement of attention level of 11-12 year old children.2)The six-corner ball training can improve the agility quality of 11-12 year-old children.There is no significant difference between the two groups,but the six-corner ball training group has a slightly higher change range of agility quality.And in this experiment,there was no significant difference in the sensitivity of 11-12 year-old children in terms of gender.3)As a training method and equipment of agility quality,six-corner ball training can play a role of "killing two birds with one stone".It can improve children’s agility quality,but also have a good influence on children’s attention level.
