The sensitive training period of sensitive quality is in the childhood stage.At this stage,the appropriate training methods and appropriate training load can activate the children's sensitive quality,fully tap the potential of children volleyball players,make their sensitive quality develop to the maximum,and the training effect is more obvious.Hexagonal ball has six corners.When it bounces from a certain height to the ground,the height and direction of its rebound are random.Students should judge the movement quickly after the ball lands and grasp the ball.In the process of this activity,it mainly includes the coordination of trunk,limbs,eyes and hands.This kind of exercise method is very useful for improving the sensitive exercise of comprehensive physical fitness.Effectiveness.The irregular shape of hexagonal ball can easily arouse students' interest,their enthusiasm for training,and the effect of training.This study intends to use the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics to study the influence of hexagonal ball training on the sensitivity of children volleyball players,so as to carry out relevant experimental research and explain the relevant results in theory.Twenty-four volleyball players from Longwangzhuang Primary School in Tongzhou District were selected as experimental subjects and divided into experimental group and control group.From September 2018 to November 2018,a total of eight weeks,three times a week for sensitive quality training,time for Monday,Wednesday,and Five afternoons before the training class to start training,each training time set to 30 minutes,the control group training content set for traditional sensitive quality,hexagonal ball training as the experimental content of the experimental group.Eight weeks later,the relevant indicators of 24 subjects were analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences between the performance of Y-type response sensitivity testand that of hexagonal test in hexagonal ball training and traditional sensitivity training.There was no significant difference in the results of 15 S vertical push-up test,drilling and jumping hurdle test,Llinois action sensitivity test and T-shape test.The research conclusions:1.Compared with the traditional training method of sensitive quality,the hexagonal ball training method is more obvious for improving the reaction sensitivity of young volleyball players.There are significant differences in the improvement range of the test indicators reflecting the athletes' responsive quality between the experimental group and the control group.Hexagonal ball training has a good stimulating effect on the functional state of visual nervous system and cerebral cortex of children.It can help the subjects' nervous system to better recruit motor neurons,fully stimulate the activity of athletes' cerebral cortex,and improve the subjects' ability to predict and make decisions in specific sports scenes.2.Compared with hexagonal ball training method,the traditional sensitive quality training method can significantly improve the ability of juvenile volleyball players to change direction quickly.There are significant differences in the improvement range of the control group in the test indicators reflecting the ability of athletes to change direction quickly.3.Hexagonal ball training method and traditional sensitive quality training method can help juvenile volleyball players to change their ability quickly,but there is no significant difference.
