Based on the general background of the reform of "new curriculum and new textbooks" and at the stage of compulsory education with "new curriculum and double reduction policy"(which refers to the policy easing the burden of excessive homework and off-campus tutoring for students undergoing compulsory education),it is required that teachers should promote the development of compulsory education to a higher level.For the teachers,there are three teaching objectives.First,it is important to cultivate good virtues and teach students to behave ethically.Second,it is necessary to help students develop the outstanding spirits,skills and abilities to deal with different things in the future.Third,it is significant that teachers should focus on devoting themselves to addressing the deep-seated problems of compulsory education.Therefore,aiming at helping to gain the core competences,teachers’ must lead students to continue to grow from low-end learning to advanced learning.It is a process during which students should be taught to develop critical thinking,on which Advanced learning for both teaching and learning needs to be based.On one hand,teachers should lead students learn to communicate with other people and the world instead of just caring about and talking with himself or herself.On the other hand,students ought to be taught to be both independent and cooperative but not mere independent learning.Also,students are supposed to learn to grow from one-way output to two-way advancement.With the features of being political,ideological,comprehensive and practical of the course of Morality and Rule of Law,each class is supposed to develop students’ critical thinking.Therefore,a topic of critical thinking will be designed for teaching and students will be inspired to think deep and develop the awareness of problem solving and critical thinking with the help of the context of the fixed topic.And that is what makes the course lively and that is why the class of critical thinking conforms with the regulations and meets the need of realistic teaching of the course Morality and Rule of Law.In the process of studying the construction of the class of critical thinking of the course Moral and Rule of Law,it is the first step to analyze the background and significance of the research and the current situation of the research home and abroad,and to make sure the goals and key and difficult points of the study,one of which is that teachers need to know that each class of critical thinking should conform to the three regulations: make discussion as focus,thinking as the support,and differentiation for a breakthrough,reflecting the multiple characteristics of the layers,differences,inclusiveness,diversity,and uniformity of the class.And on this basis,each class should explain the theory of its feasibility,importance,orientation of the goals,and following the principle of the course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high schools.And the second step is to analyze the process of teaching: before and while teaching,and evaluation and feedback at the end of the class.As for the first process(before teaching),it is important to make better preparation for the class of critical thinking through the problems found in the other actual classes so that teachers can avoid the formalism of the critical thinking class.As for the second(while teaching),teachers should guide students to form the habit of divergent thinking and try divergent teaching methods.About feedback and evaluation of the class,this is a good way to make students pay more attention to problem solving abilities while being developed the critical thinking.With the help of demonstration and analysis of realistic teaching of critical thinking class,it is hoped that a model critical thinking class can be formed completely and continue to be developed in spirals through diversified growth in continuous classes.
