The ability to think mainly refers to the ability to think and analyze.Students'critical thinking ability emphasizes the ability to recognize and analyze problems from a rational point of view,starting from the actual situation of life,using their own knowledge reserves,and creatively solve practical problems on this basis.The thinking ability emphasized in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law mainly refers to the ability of students to judge,reason,analyze and synthesize things from their own life reality,adhere to dialectical materialist viewpoints and methods,and finally express their conclusions in rigorous language.The cultivation of speculative ability is based on Marxist dialectics,cognitive stratification theory,action learning theory and constructivist learning theory.Cultivating students'critical thinking ability is one of the basic requirements of implementing core literacy;cultivating students' critical thinking ability is the inevitable trend of students'sustainable development;cultivating junior high school students' critical thinking ability can lay an important foundation for the development of high school students'thinking.Empirical investigation shows that the current situation of cultivating students'speculative ability in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school is:students' weak ability to analyze and solve problems,lack of questioning spirit,weak ability of dialectical thinking,weak ability of creative thinking,lack of time and opportunity for speculation,lack of speculative atmosphere in class,and have a certain degree.Positivity to receive information and respect the opinions of others.Teachers lack specific methods and strategic guidance in cultivating students'speculative ability,and are not good at creating a " speculative" classroom atmosphere;it is more difficult to cultivate students' speculative ability.The main reasons for the problems in the cultivation of students'speculative ability in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school include:students' lack of interest in learning and awareness of speculation;lack of classroom speculative atmosphere,outdated teaching concepts and teaching methods;inadequate development and utilization of curriculum resources;too single evaluation form and lack of speculative ability.Directional assessment of force,etc.Therefore,in order to improve students'thinking ability in the teaching of"Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school,we need to adhere to the principles of subjectivity,motivation,thinking,practicality and hierarchical requirements.Middle school students in junior middle school are the key period for the development of thinking ability.The countermeasures to improve students'thinking ability can mainly stimulate students' interest in learning,cultivate students'habit of independent thinking,change teachers' teaching concepts and methods,improve their own quality,strengthen the development and utilization of curriculum resources,and use diversified evaluation.Starting from the aspects of price mode,we should gradually cultivate students' speculative ability.
