With the rapid development of knowledge economy,the competition of modern enterprises is increasingly fierce.The professional quality,ability level and professional ethics of employees are closely related to the discovery of enterprises.However,most enterprises pay more attention to the operation of the company in the early stage,ignoring the growth of employees.Most employees are at work through practice to explore skills,accumulated experience.It makes employees lack systematic and scientific knowledge and skills at work.In the development of enterprises,managers gradually realize that continuous human resource development has become one of the most effective means to improve the competitiveness of the company.D Company is a labor outsourcing company established nearly 10 years ago,and has been committed to expanding its business in the past few years.As the business continued to expand,the company’s managers realized that the quality level of the existing staff could no longer meet the growing business.The company also carried out some training intermittently,but the effect was not ideal.Therefore,I want to seriously analyze the problems existing in D company’s training and the optimization plan.This paper is based on relevant training theory and management theory.Literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method are used to analyze and study the training status of D Company.Through the relevant technology to understand the company’s training problems mainly have the following points.(1)The middle and senior management of the company do not pay enough attention.Although they are aware of the importance of training,they do not give practical support in the actual operation.(2)The training system is not sound.The company’s training is in accordance with the instructions of the leaders step by step,there is no systematic arrangement.(3)No training needs survey.Although company managers probably know that employees lack knowledge in those aspects,there is a certain guiding role in training.However,there is no employee demand survey,and the employee participation rate is not high,which directly affects the training effect.Of course,the company’s training in the initial stage,more problems.The paper only selects a few important questions to study.The company’s training program is not perfect,but every year is the best program so far.Combined with the actual situation of the company using questionnaire survey and interview method to make the corresponding optimization plan.(1)Training demand survey is a prerequisite for training.Therefore,the optimization of the program starts from the training needs survey.Through the investigation of the training needs of employees to understand the real ideas of employees.The present training has been optimized in four aspects according to the ideas of managers.(2)Training course construction,through learning the method of training course setting,the result of training demand survey.Set up D company’s annual training courses.As the company is of average size and has few departments,the basic functions of each department are similar.Therefore,there are not many courses for training.(3)Construction of training lecturer team.Most of the company’s training is mainly internal training,supplemented by external training.Therefore,the establishment of the company’s internal lecturer team is an important condition for the normal training.(4)The implementation of the training plan is mainly in the whole process of training,there will be some small details that will affect the training process.Therefore,some details of the training implementation process should be planned in advance to ensure the normal progress of training.(5)Training evaluation is an important means to ensure that the next training can be optimized and improved.At the same time,it is also an effective method to test the training effect.It also provides a basis for performance evaluation and employee compensation.At the same time,it also provides reference for the quality of employee recruitment.The analysis of the investigation and research on the training status of D company only selects some important questions.The optimization plan is based on the actual situation of the company and the optimal plan at that time.Of course,as the company develops,the training program will become more and more perfect.
