With the intensification of the globalization process of the world and the rapid economic development,the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.The focus of competition among enterprises,in the context of the era of knowledge economy,is more and more concentrated on the competition among outstanding talents.In addition to relying on recruitment,excellent talents must be tested and cultivated by training.Therefore,more and more enterprise managers have promoted human resource management to the level of focus of company management.Among them,employee training is an important part of human resource development and management.As a training and consulting company,the development of Groway Company cannot be separated from a group of salesmen with good quality,strong ability and continuous combat effectiveness.Moreover,it cannot be separated from the continuous systematic training and development of this team.In order to better adapt to the competitive training industry,but also to ensure better training results,we must strengthen the optimization of the salesmen training program according to the current requirements.This research takes the optimization of the salesmen training program of Groway Company as the research object.Firstly,it gives an overview of the relevant concepts,training theories,and the current research status of training programs.Then,it introduces the current status of Groway and its sales staff.Through investigation methods such as questionnaires and individual interviews,the research excavates five problems: the training content is not targeted,the training cycle and process setting is not reasonable,the communication and feedback mechanism of the training results is not perfect,and the knowledge and skills acquired by the trained sales men in practical work are not applied well.And the research analyze the reasons that the training program content is not targeted design,training program cycle and process is too simple,the lack of feedback and communication after training,and the lack of analysis of the actual problems of salesmen in the training program design;Thus,the design idea of salesmen training program optimization is put forward,which is improved from the aspects of training content optimization,cycle and process optimization,achievement transformation and effect evaluation.Finally,it introduces the guarantee measures for the implementation of the training program,such as perfecting the construction of human resource management system,strengthening the management of salesmen training stakeholders and creating a positive growth atmosphere.The research shows that a targeted design of training content,a full participation of training learners,a high attention from managers,a high-quality and efficient training operation are the keys to build high-quality salesmen training programs.The highquality planning and implementation of the training program is of great significance to improve the training effect of salesmen,meet the needs of the enterprise to produce more talents,good talents and fast talents,and effectively support the rapid development of the company as a whole.It also has a certain reference value for the study of training program optimization of other enterprises,especially consulting service companies.
