HT co.,LTD.with vocational education as the core business,including civil servants,institutions,teachers,finance,military cadres,military civilian and other personnel recruitment examination training business,set face-to-face training,government consulting and public management services,book planning and distribution,network teaching in one.HT has a large demand for the training of full-time teachers and high quality of teachers.At present,there are about 7,000 teachers and post staff,whose main responsibilities are to provide teaching services for enterprise consumers,namely students.They are the front-line soldiers to ensure the quality of teaching,the disseminator of knowledge,and the crucial link to establish the brand image of HT company.In HT company,the annual training for teachers is about 100 times,the training time span is from month to month,and the duration of each training varies from one week to several months.The huge volume constitutes the basic data of this study.This paper mainly studies the status quo of HT company’s teacher training system and its optimization.HT company training system for teachers’ post at present,there are large room to improve all aspects of the lack of thought core post employees continuously,the core competitiveness of ascension,strong support,some training highlighted problem has not been timely and effective solution,with the enterprise training needs do not match,failed to achieve expected training objectives.,therefore,to analyze its training system to explore,and puts forward concrete executable optimization countermeasures and solutions is the research significance of this paper: starting from the practical problems,the solution actual problem: for HT teachers post training to provide theoretical basis and practice guidance,for the development of HT provide a powerful human support and talent guarantee,provide reference for teachers’ post industry employees.The research framework of this paper is mainly divided into four parts: theoretical review,current situation description,problem analysis,optimization and improvement.First,a theoretical review of the training of human resources training enterprise employees and related applied research;Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of HT company’s teacher post training system.Thirdly,it analyzes the problems and causes of the teacher post training system,including training demand analysis,curriculum design,trainer management system,process implementation,effect evaluation,etc.Fourth,put forward specific optimization measures for each link of HT company’s teacher post training system,and improve the training system program.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature reference and case analysis.
