| Family education,school education,and social education are the three pillars of modern national education,as well as the three forms of education that people receive throughout their life.Only when the three types of education cooperate to form a joint educational force can they promote the comprehensive development of children’s personalities.Since the reform and opening up,China has gradually begun to attach importance to the roles of family education and social education in the entire education system,and in some policies and regulations,it is also emphasized to build a perfect family-school-society collaborative education mechanism.Under the promotion of policies,some areas in China have carried out family-school-society collaborative education,but there are still some contradictions and difficulties in the implementation process.Russia has a long history of carrying out family-school-society collaborative education in primary education.After long-term development and improvement,a relatively complete mechanism has been formed,which has certain reference value for improving the family-school-society collaborative education mechanism in China.The study uses the analytical framework of synergetic theory,combining with the internal and external models of Epstein’s overlapping influence threshold theory,to analyze the family-school-society collaborative education mechanism in Russian primary education.According to the "instability principle","synergistic effect principle",and "dominance principle" in the synergetic theory,this article mainly studies the driving mechanism,operation mechanism,and guarantee mechanism of the family-school-society collaborative education mechanism in Russian primary education.Finally,combining Russian experience and shortcomings,the study guarantee mechanism from four aspects: policies,organizations,material resources,and human resources.First of all,in terms of policy guarantees,from the former Soviet Union to modern Russia,many laws and regulations have been promulgated for the family-school-society collaborative education in primary education,to ensure that three types of education cooperate to forms a joint educational force.Secondly,Russia provides top-down organizational support for the family-school-society collaborative education mechanism through the establishment of parents universities,parents committees,and parents associations.Thirdly,Russia provides material support through increasing financial investment and implementing special plans.Finally,measures such as setting up relevant majors and qualification certification are taken to provide human resources for the family-school-society collaborative education mechanism.The fifth part summarizes the experience and shortcomings of the family-school-society collaborative education mechanism in Russian primary education.There are much successful experience for reference: paying attention to moral education in the family-school-society collaborative education reflects the top-level design goals of the federal government,paying attention to children’s personalities reflects the concept of respecting children,paying attention to students’ life reflects humanistic tendency,paying attention to the interests of vulnerable groups reflects the nature of public welfare assistance,and paying attention to children’s physical and mental health reflects the humanization of education.However,there are also some shortcomings such as uneven development and lack of coherence in some areas where implement the family-school-society collaborative education.The sixth part combines the experience and shortcomings of the family-school-society collaborative education mechanism in Russian primary education,according to the contradictions and difficulties in carrying out the family-school-society collaborative education in China,and provides reference opinions for building a complete family-school-society collaborative education mechanism in China.Firstly,at the government level,it is necessary to strengthen the overall coordination and leadership role of the government,and provide legal basis and guarantee for implementing the family-school-society collaborative education by issuing corresponding laws and regulations.Secondly,the family-school-society collaborative education should adhere to the principle of educating people first,pay attention to children’s moral education,and practice the educational idea of moral education and cultivating people.Thirdly,it is essential to take respecting children’s differences as the premise before determining the goal of the family-school-society collaboration,and establish the educational goal of comprehensive and harmonious development of children’s personalities.Finally,in the process of collaborative education,it is necessary to balance the relationships among various participants and optimize the collaborative process of equality and mutual assistance. |
