| Under the background of declining birth rate and poor implementation effect of "three-child policy",infant care service is an urgent problem to be solved.Today,with the rapid development of market economy,parents’ demand for childcare services is undoubtedly one of the important benchmarks leading the development of childcare services.From the perspective of parents’ needs,this study looked at the childcare service,understood the current situation of parents’ needs,analyzed the rationality of the needs,on this basis,discussed the meeting of parents’ needs and the reasons behind it,and finally put forward some suggestions on meeting parents’ reasonable childcare service needs and improving the childcare service of F province.In this study,the self-compiled questionnaire "Research on the Needs of Parents of Infant Care Service" was used to investigate the needs of parents of 1500 infants in F province.After investigation,The author found that parents’ demand for childcare service is strong,showing the characteristics of commonness and difference,but the rationality of some demands is doubtful.Rationality is mainly manifested in attaching importance to teachers’ quality,paying attention to health and safety,and expecting inclusive care and education.The irrationality is manifested in:(1)in the environmental facilities,the over-pursuit of multimedia equipment,excessive criticism of health standards;(2)As for the cooperation in child care,it is manifested as the unilateral responsibility of the parents to educate the children and neglect the value of the cooperation in child care.(3)In the aspect of early education,it is reflected in the wrong understanding of game teaching methods,"kindergartenization" of educational content and blind worship of foreign courses and teaching methods.Then,on the basis of analyzing the rationality of parents’ demands,the author further collated and analyzed the interview data,and found that parents’ demands were satisfied and the influencing factors were as follows:(1)The organization caters to parents’ unreasonable demands.In addition to the problem of the management philosophy of the person in charge of the care institution,it is also related to the gap in the supervision system of the care service.(2)Parents’ reasonable needs are not fully met.This is related to the lack of value-leading policies,the contradiction between policy provisions and implementation,the lack of investment in education costs,the lack of construction of nursing teachers and the low level of specialization.In view of the above problems,the author believes that the development of childcare services is not the sole responsibility of institutions,parents and the government,but the result of the joint efforts of the three parties.Therefore,(1)The government is the guiding force and strong backing for the development of childcare services,and corresponding measures should be taken to ensure the sustainable operation of childcare services.It includes improving the construction of policies and regulations on childcare,standardizing the development of childcare services,increasing investment in education costs,clarifying government supervision functions,and improving the management system.(2)The nurseries should be the rational body providing nurseries services.As a rational subject,should strengthen their own construction,on the basis of screening the needs of parents,constantly improve the quality of service.It includes actively participating in training,improving its own business philosophy,improving teacher qualification access,constantly improving professional level,respecting the law of physical and mental development of infants and young children,and developing local characteristics of nursing service courses.(3)Parental cooperation is a supplementary approach to the development of childcare services.It includes actively participating in parenting education,improving their own educational quality,viewing the care service correctly,and actively carrying out the care cooperation. |
