Research On Humanistic Care For Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress,the Party and the State have repeatedly emphasized the need to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education work to students,especially to pay attention to the humanistic care and psychological guidance for students.This reflects that the state always persists in the people-oriented and student-oriented philosophy of humanistic education,and also highlights the important position of humanistic care in the current college education,thus pointing out the way forward for the innovative development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.As the main body of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,whether the young students can realize their own free and comprehensive development is inseparable from the effectiveness of ideological and political education.For this reason,colleges and universities should implement the national policies on ideological and political education,combine the concept of humanistic care with ideological and political education,truly take students as the center,care and respect them.Civics teachers should also constantly improve their professional level and humanity literacy,so as to make the Civics class in the new era a warm course full of humanistic feelings and cultivating students’ noble character,which can help cultivate new people of the times with high moral quality,professional knowledge and strong family sentiment.Therefore,this thesis aims to study the problems and causes of humanistic care in ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the context of the new era and propose corresponding countermeasures,which mainly includes five parts.The first part expounded the research background and significance of humanistic care of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era,etc.,and summarized and Analyzed the research status and research trend of this topic at home and abroad,and constructed the research ideas and methods;the second part clarified the connotation and theoretical origin of humanistic care of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era,mainly including the definition of the concepts of ideological and political education and humanistic care,and the definition of Marxism,The third part discussed the content structure and realistic basis of humanistic care in ideological and political education of colleges and universities in the new era;the fourth part analyzed the problems of intellectual and political education humanistic care in colleges and universities in the new era and analyzed the causes of the problems from multiple perspectives;The fifth part proposed countermeasures to the improvement of humanistic care in ideological and political education in colleges and universities from four aspects: educational philosophy,institutional mechanism,ways and means,and inner environment.
