Private higher education is established to promote the development of China’s higher education and realize the popularization of higher education with the help of social organizations such as individuals or enterprises.In the competition between private colleges and public colleges,private college enrollment is obviously at a disadvantage.Therefore,the application of marketing promotion strategy in enrollment is particularly important.The starting point of case study in this paper is also based on this situation.As a member of private colleges,TC college needs to win market share in the fierce competition of students.Based on the 5W communication model and the relevant theoretical support of marketing promotion,this paper carries out a case study in combination with the current situation of enrollment work of TC college.Firstly,it analyzes and introduces the overall situation of the school and the current situation of enrollment promotion work,and then summarizes the deficiencies and improvement methods in enrollment work.According to the emerging problems,Then guide the adjustment of actual work.Finally,based on the "5W communication model",optimize the enrollment promotion strategy of TC college,establish a working system,and analyze and realize the implementation and guarantee of the overall strategic plan from three aspects:personnel allocation,cultural construction and system construction.The paper puts forward that the enrollment promotion work of private colleges needs overall thinking,careful preparation,concentration of resources,dynamic adjustment,and the establishment of a scientific and efficient enrollment promotion system.Through the research and writing this,I hope it can help the enrollment of private colleges.
