SWOT Analysis And Countermeasure Research Of Dragon Boat Sport In Kaili High School From The Perspective Of Integration Of Sports And Education

The Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education for the Healthy Development of Youth clearly requires that"deepening the integration of sports and education for the healthy development of youth,we should establish the educational concept of’health first’,promote the coordinated development of cultural learning and physical exercise for youth,strengthen school sports,improve the youth Sports events system,help students to enjoy the fun of physical exercise,enhance physical fitness,sound personality,exercise will,and train socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor"^[1],which means that the development goal of integration of sports and education has been upgraded from serving competitive sports to serving the overall development of youth.Dragon boat sport is a representative of the excellent culture of the Chinese nation,a sport that unites the great wisdom and spirit of the Chinese nation,carries a rich humanistic history and traditional culture,and contains the humanistic spirit of loving life,being positive,uniting and striving,as well as the spirit of collectivism and patriotism,and is also rich in fitness functions,which helps to cultivate a new man of the age with comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor,and is integrated into school It is integrated into school education to create a positive and united campus atmosphere and promote the development of students’physical health and the cultivation of a new generation with comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor.Although the construction of dragon boat team in Kaili Experimental Senior High School has achieved good results,its development into campus still faces many problems and challenges,and the theory of integration of sports and education is undoubtedly the most appropriate solution for this dilemma.This paper analyzes the development of dragon boat sport in Kaili Experimental Senior High School under the perspective of integration of sports and education through literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and SWOT analysis,and draws the following conclusions:1)Advantages include geographical advantages,strong mass foundation and high awareness of students,the unique value of dragon boat sport and the importance of dragon boat sport in campus by leaders;2)Disadvantages include hardware facilities,serious staff turnover,weak teachers,monotonous teaching methods and inadequate construction of events;3)Opportunities include policy support,diversified channels of the Internet to provide a dissemination environment;2)Disadvantages include limited hardware facilities,serious staff turnover,weak teachers,monotonous teaching methods and inadequate construction of events;3)Opportunities include policy support,good communication environment provided by diversified channels on the Internet,students’physical health gradually being paid attention to by all walks of life,and the social effect of dragon boat events and their gradual expansion opening a new window for school publicity;4)Challenges include competition from other similar water paddling sports and examination-oriented education.The competition of sports and the problem of contradiction of school training under examination education.According to the SWOT matrix structure analysis,the following development strategies are proposed:1)S-0（reinforcement strategy）has to rely on policy support and give full play to its own advantages;to expand the influence of dragon boat sport and school with the help of Internet multi-channel communication;to actively promote dragon boat sport in accordance with the trend of continuous promotion of quality education and economic and social development.2)S-T（defense strategy）has to take advantage of the unique value and leadership attention,actively（2）S-T（defensive strategy）has to make use of the unique value and leadership attention,actively promote dragon boat sport,change the traditional idea of"learning and training";make use of its own advantages,actively promote dragon boat sport,and reduce competition with other projects.3)W-O（maintenance strategy）has to rely on policy support,promote the construction of events,and improve hardware facilities;make use of the social benefits of dragon boat events,actively carry out dragon boat training;seize the opportunity to enrich the teacher（4）W-T（risk-averse strategy）has fully integrated resources to promote the development of dragon boat sports.
