Background: Tennis specific physical fitness is an important foundation to ensure the athletes to play efficiently and achieve excellent athletic performance.physical fitness.This study explores the role and influence of CrossFit training on the special physical fitness of college tennis players from the perspective of special physical fitness of college tennis players,and explores new ideas of special physical fitness training for college tennis players.Through the selection of special fitness assessment indexes closely integrated with special characteristics,we provide more scientific and effective training means for special fitness of college tennis players,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for special training of college tennis players,so as to further enhance the competitive ability.Objective: To design a training program according to the concept and method of CrossFit,to compare the effect difference between traditional physical training and CrossFit training,to investigate the effect of CrossFit training on the special physical ability of college tennis players,and to provide a reference for the innovative development of training methods for college tennis teams.Methods: The study was mainly conducted by using literature method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical and statistical method.For the experimental design,20 eligible athletes from a teacher training college were selected.They were randomly divided into experimental and control groups of 10 athletes each(5 male and 5 female athletes each).The experimental group used CrossFit training,while the control group used traditional physical training.Both groups used the "three practices a week" model for 8 weeks of training intervention.The results were analyzed by SPSS,and the differences between and within groups were analyzed by independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test,and the rate of change and its Cohen’s d value were calculated to compare the improvement effect of special physical fitness before and after the experiment.Results:(1)The pre-experimental inter-group comparison revealed that there were no significant differences between male and female athletes in the experimental and control groups in grip strength ability,over-the-top forward throwing solid ball ability,hexagonal jumping ability,spider running ability,and 10-meter sprint running ability(P > 0.05).(2)The comparison between groups after the experiment showed that there were significant differences between male and female athletes in the experimental group and the control group in grip strength,solid ball throwing ability,hexagonal jumping ability,spider running ability,and 10-meter sprint running ability(P < 0.05).(3)Within-group comparison before and after the experiment showed that there were significant differences between male and female athletes of the experimental group in the grip strength ability,over-the-top front throwing solid ball ability and hexagonal jumping ability measured before and after(P < 0.05),while there were no significant differences between male and female athletes of the control group in the above abilities measured before and after(P > 0.05);there were very significant differences between male and female athletes of the experimental group in the spider running ability measured before and after(P <(P < 0.01),and the male and female athletes in the control group had significant differences in the spider running ability measured before and after(P < 0.05);the female athletes in the experimental group had significant differences in the 10-meter sprint running ability measured before and after(P < 0.01),and the female athletes in the control group,and the male athletes in the experimental and control groups had significant differences in the 10-meter sprint running ability measured before and after(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)The 8-week CrossFit training can significantly improve the special physical abilities of male and female tennis players in college,specifically in grip strength ability,over-the-top forward throwing solid ball ability,hexagonal jumping ability,spider running ability,and 10-meter sprint running ability.(2)The 8-week traditional fitness training can only improve some of the specific fitness of college male and female tennis players,specifically the improvement of spider running ability and10-meter sprint running ability.(3)CrossFit training was more effective than traditional physical training in improving the special physical fitness of college tennis players,among which CrossFit training for female players was the most effective. |
