Research On Synergetic Development Between Postdoctoral Training In Universities And Regional Industries

Post-doctoral training in universities is closely related to the prosperity of local industrial economy.In the new era,the sustainable development of local industrial economy can not be separated from the continuous emergence of postdoctoral innovative talents.Therefore,the coordinated development of postdoctoral education and local industrial economy has become an important issue to be studied.Based on the synergetic theory,this paper discusses the relationship between postdoctoral education and the development of local industry economy by using the methods of literature study,descriptive study and case study,this paper systematically analyzes the enrollment scale of postdoctoral students,the structure of university mobile stations and the quality of postdoctoral education,and expounds the present situation of postdoctoral education in C city.In addition,through the analysis of the development scale,development structure and scientific and technological level of the strategic emerging industries in C city,the present situation of the industrial economy is presented systematically,and analyze C city industry economy to the demand of the post-doctoral team.On the basis of the above analysis of the status quo of the two,the study found that the university postdoctoral training and the coordinated development of local industrial economy problems.First of all,the scale of postdoctoral recruitment and industrial development is not in harmony,there is a “Postdoctoral vacancy” phenomenon.Secondly,there is a “Training gap” because of the lack of fit between the subject structure and industry of university mobile stations.Finally,“Quality bottleneck”problem leads to postdoctoral outbound quality is difficult to meet the level of industrial science and technology.This paper analyzes the reasons of these problems,including the absence of government and related departments,the lack of enthusiasm of enterprises in related industries to participate in the post-doctoral training in colleges and universities,lead to the school-enterprise joint training floating on the surface,superficial form;The management mechanism of mobile station in universities is lack,the training mechanism is not flexible enough,the communication with external environment is not enough,and the evaluation mechanism of quality and efficiency of postdoctoral research is lack.Starting with the theory of Synergy,the ultimate goal of post-doctoral training in universities is to promote the development of local economy and social progress,to meet the needs of national strategic development,and to enhance the Comprehensive National Power and international influence.In addition,postdoctoral training should follow the principles of adaptability and foresight,regional and open complementary,stability and flexibility complementary to each other.In order to ensure the sound development of the two,synergetic progress,in view of the above-mentioned issues,based on the synergetic theory,can be carried out from three aspects.First of all,the government and related enterprises to form a cooperative relationship with colleges and universities,and actively cooperate with each other,so as to promote the overall effectiveness of post-doctoral training.The government should pay attention to synergy,optimize its environment and strengthen its Macroeconomic regulation and control,and enterprises in related industries should make good use of their advantages in the race track of the industry to push the integration of industry and education to a deeper level;The postdoctoral mobile station set up in universities should get rid of the hindrance brought by the system and coordinate the organization resources.Secondly,we should pay more attention to the training quality of postdoctoral talents,and improve the adaptability of postdoctoral talents to the development of industrial economy Should set up “The person-science and technology-innovation-society” the unification talented person trains the idea,we should set up the goal of“Innovation-compound-frontier”,and construct the cross-training mode of "Learning”,“Skill” and “Person”.Finally,the post-doctoral station in colleges and universities to form an orderly structure,promote the emergence of collaborative self-organization,to achieve the self-development of post-doctoral training.The initiative to adapt to the needs of the industry,we should actively promote the establishment of interdisciplinary mobile stations,cultivate good research ecology,improve the quality assurance mechanism of postdoctoral training,break down barriers among departments,schools,enterprises and schools,and promote interdisciplinary integration.The
