In the modern information society,with the rapid development of the new generation of technologies represented by the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,etc.People’s social life and production are becoming increasingly intelligent,which makes the teaching environment of information technology in primary and secondary schools diversified and teaching means richer.The Internet of Things technology is used to create a real environment,build a bridge between real life and classroom knowledge,and help students understand the concepts difficult to understand in traditional learning.Students can personally perceive and explore knowledge,and effectively improve their independent exploration,practice and innovation ability.The new version of compulsory education curriculum standards in 2022 emphasizes the cultivation of students’ independent thinking ability and innovative spirit.School-based curriculum,as one of the hot spots in the research of basic education,closely combines local characteristics,gives full play to the advantages of schools,and enables students to obtain personalized training.School-based curriculum practices learning activities,which can increase teaching flexibility.Improve students’ ability to explore and solve problems independently,and students’ main role can be effectively played.This study relies on the Internet of Things technology to design learning activities and develop cases for school-based courses,and carries out learning activities practice and effect analysis through specific cases to explore how the learning activities of school-based courses in primary schools supported by the Internet of Things technology can improve students’ creativity and DIY design ability.The main research content is divided into the following six parts:Firstly,the research background,significance and status quo are summarized.The technological change of Internet of Things and the educational development promoted by school-based curriculum are analyzed.Summarize the research status of education and learning activity design supported by Internet of Things technology at home and abroad;The research content and research method are determined.Second,related concepts and theoretical basis.From the perspective of activity theory,this study defines and interprets the concepts of Internet of Things technology and school-based curriculum and learning activities supported by it by referring to relevant literature,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,clarifies the research background and theoretical basis of this study,and verifies the relevance of the research.Third,correlation analysis of primary school school-based curriculum learning activities supported by Internet of Things technology.The supporting analysis of the Internet of Things technology to the school-based curriculum in primary schools;Analysis on the teaching status of school-based curriculum in primary schools based on the Internet of Things;Necessity analysis of the design of school-based curriculum learning activities in primary schools.Under the support of the Internet of Things environment,starting from the practice of school-based curriculum learning activities,the classroom observation,found the existing problems,to find a suitable entry point for the design of school-based curriculum cases in line with the information construction of the school.Fourth,the design of primary school school-based curriculum learning activities supported by the Internet of Things technology.According to the objectives and characteristics of learning activities,the design principles of learning activities are sorted out,the design model and strategy of school-based curriculum learning activities are constructed based on the Internet of Things technology,and the general process of school-based curriculum learning activities in primary schools is planned from three aspects: the preparation stage,the implementation stage and the evaluation stage.And based on this design and development of "Bluetooth small alarm clock" and "climate meter" cases.Fifth,carry out the application research and effect analysis of school-based curriculum learning activities based on cases.The design results are applied to the practice of specific learning activities to implement learning activities that can promote the development of graphic programming learning and innovative literacy of primary school students.Experimental research method is used to verify the effect of teaching implementation,and the learning strategy and framework are improved and optimized,and the model of iterative school-based curriculum learning activity design is updated by combining the information and data from students’ works,questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students.Sixth,research conclusion and prospect.According to the previous theoretical analysis and learning practice,the research conclusions are summarized,and the innovation points and research deficiencies of this research are put forward,and the research prospects are carried out.This study selected 30 students in grade 4 and 5 of a primary school in Hainan as the research objects.Under the guidance of relevant theories,starting from the problems existing in the actual classroom of learning activities of this course in primary schools,this study set up the technical environment of the Internet of Things,established activity models based on the design principles,and carried out the learning activities of the case courses of "Bluetooth Small Alarm Clock" and "Climate Instrument".Through the analysis of students’ works,the questionnaire survey of learning effect and the interview of teachers and students,it can be found that this study is conducive to promoting the development of primary school students’ hands-on ability and innovative literacy.Based on the support of the Internet of Things technology,the design model and strategy of learning activities proposed in this study have been applied to the teaching practice of school-based curriculum and achieved good learning results.The specific research results are as follows: After learning activities,students have a strong interest in programming.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis,it is shown that the overall level of students’ works has been improved,and the primary school school-based curriculum learning activities supported by the Internet of Things technology can effectively improve students’ innovative practical ability.Through classroom observation and interview,it is found that students cooperate to share finished products,stimulate students’ creativity to solve problems,and effectively improve students’ practical ability and cooperative spirit.Internet of Things technology is not just a tool to increase efficiency,but also the infrastructure to build the future of learning.The use of Internet of Things technology to create more realistic educational situations is conducive to improving learning experience and better achieving learning goals.At the same time,the teaching cases designed in this study can also provide some theoretical reference and case support for front-line teachers to carry out school-based curriculum teaching practice based on the Internet of Things.
