The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the goal of promoting the comprehensive development of mass sports and competitive sports,as well as accelerating the construction of a strong sports country.This puts forward higher requirements for the development of China’s physical education industry,and schools,as the main bearers of physical education teaching,should actively promote physical education teaching reform to better serve the construction of a strong sports country.In recent years,the country has actively and continuously introduced relevant policies to vigorously promote the development of "one school,one product" sports characteristic projects,especially in developed cities,which have been popularized and promoted.This is a beneficial attempt to transform the traditional teaching mode of physical education that is similar in nature.In response to national policies,Henan Province has guided and promoted the orderly development of "one school,one product" sports characteristic projects in various cities.Zhumadian City has taken the lead in carrying out "one school,one product" sports characteristic projects in Yicheng Primary School.There are a total of 22 primary schools in Yicheng District,and a total of 10 primary schools have carried out the "One School,One Product" sports characteristic project.Currently,6 primary schools have been selected for investigation and research.The characteristic projects offered include basketball,football,bamboo pole dance,fancy rope skipping,table tennis,and playing diabolo.Through literature review,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,expert interviews,case studies and other methods,this study investigated and analyzed the current situation of the "one school,one grade" sports characteristic project in six primary schools in Yicheng District of Zhumadian City.Through the investigation of relevant influencing factors,it analyzed the areas and shortcomings worth learning from in the development of the "one school,one grade" sports characteristic project,And propose development strategies to address these issues,aiming to promote the healthy and orderly development of the "one school,one product" sports characteristic projects in the district.The research conclusion is as follows:1.The primary school in Yicheng District,Zhumadian City has taken the lead in carrying out the "One School,One Product" sports characteristic project,with diverse types of projects.In addition to traditional ball games,a few schools have also added projects such as bamboo pole dance,playing diabolo,and cheerleading.The selection of sports characteristic projects is based on factors such as teacher strength,difficulty of project implementation,students’ interests and hobbies,matching of venue facilities and equipment,and the school’s own development.2.Each primary school in Yicheng District has implemented the "One School,One Product" sports characteristic project with a standard duration and frequency.The implementation of the project has increased students’ selectivity and interest in sports,promoted their better mastery of sports skills,and also improved their overall physical health level.At the same time,it has also maintained a healthy development of sports characteristic projects.3.The "One School,One Product" sports characteristic projects of primary schools in Yicheng District are carried out in various forms,mainly through a combination of large breaks and sports clubs.Most schools also combine various forms such as physical education classes,extended classes,training teams,extracurricular activities,and sports competitions.4.The implementation of the "One School,One Product" sports characteristic project in Yicheng Primary School has been highly valued by leaders and has achieved certain results,which is indeed beneficial for the development of various aspects of the school and accelerates the construction of the school’s sports brand.However,it also faces the following challenges: mainly relying on government funding,relatively single source channels,unreasonable teacher structure,relatively weak teacher strength,project selection inclined towards traditional ball games,and less development of emerging projects There are many problems such as the lack of a comprehensive assessment system and insufficient improvement of venue equipment.5.Development strategies for the "One School,One Product" sports characteristic projects of primary schools in Yicheng District:(1)Expand funding channels and strengthen fund management;(2)Improve the overall professional literacy level of physical education teachers and strengthen the construction of teaching staff;(3)Strengthen the development of school-based curriculum and organize the development of school-based curriculum;(4)Improve the assessment system and leverage the reward mechanism;(5)Make full use of the training venue and improve the venue equipment;(6)Strengthen communication with parents and achieve home school cooperation;(7)Create sports characteristic brands and create a campus sports cultural atmosphere. |
