Since 2016,the General Office of the State Council formally proposed the characteristic development of school sports "one school,one product" in the "Opinions on Strengthening School Physical Education to Promote Students’ Physical and Mental Health and All-round Development".By 2020,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Sports Work in the New Era" pointed out the principles and specific work goals of school sports work: Qinhuangdao Haigang District follows the principles of making up for shortcomings,developing with special features,and focusing on Based on the working principles of cohesion,collaborative education,reform and innovation,and facing the future,each primary school vigorously develops sports-specific education based on its own actual conditions,builds a sports-specific "one school,one product" school sports brand,and gradually moves towards "one school with multiple products".As a result,the development of school sports in Haigang District has found new directions and new ideas.This thesis uses the method of literature materials,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,field investigations,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to analyze the selection of the "one school,one product" project,teacher profile,curriculum teaching material system,extracurricular physical education in Haigang District Primary School of Qinhuangdao City.Investigate and analyze the activities,students’ physical health monitoring,comprehensive security and construction results.This thesis summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of "one school,one product" for primary school sports in Haigang District,Qinhuangdao City,and draws the following conclusions and suggestions:1.The construction of "one school,one product" featuring sports characteristics in Haigang District of Qinhuangdao City has begun to take shape,and many schools have moved from the "one school,one product" development to the "one school,multiple product" construction stage.Although the conditions of each school are limited,they can use the limited venue equipment and weak teachers to create results beyond their own capabilities.The overall development of school sports is good.2.The primary schools in Haigang District of Qinhuangdao City gave full play to their subjective initiative,and greatly alleviated the problem of teacher shortage through college students’ teaching support,purchasing services from social sports institutions,temporary employment of physical education teachers,setting up full-time(part-time)coaching positions,and more.Provide a basis for teachers for the construction of "one school,one product" with sports characteristics.To ensure the smooth progress of school physical education teaching reform,but also cause school sports funds to consume a large proportion of teachers.3.Schools in the Haigang District should continue to explore the connotation of the construction of "one school,one product" with sports characteristics,based on the development of sports characteristics,focusing on improving teachers’ professional ability,developing school curriculum system,building school culture and school brand,and improving students’ physical health and so on.Towards the goal of promoting the all-round development of students’ morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor.4.Schools should set up an assessment and reward and punishment system for teachers’ extracurricular sports work,regularly check the implementation of teachers’ physical health monitoring work,and evaluate the implementation of teachers’ work through student evaluation feedback and parent evaluation feedback.The assessment results are linked to teachers’ salaries and honors.5.The education department in Haigang District should take the initiative to investigate and count the construction of the “one school,one product” characteristic of primary school sports in the Haigang District,formulate and improve the “one school,one product” evaluation standard,and list the schools that are at the forefront of reform and construction as model schools.,summed up its reform and construction experience,and provided an excellent model for schools in the Haigang District and even all parts of the country.Promote the development of the construction of "one school,one product" with sports characteristics.
