Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of “One School,One Product” Sports Model Construction In Zhengzhou Primary Schools

In 2016,the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Strengthening School Physical Education to Promote Students’ Physical and Mental Health and All-round Development"(referred to as "Opinions"),proposing that schools should let students master one or two sports skills,and gradually develop into a "one school,one product"."Sports mode to improve the quality of campus physical education.In order to implement the relevant requirements of the "Opinions" and promote the healthy development of campus sports,the Henan Provincial Department of Education,the Development and Reform Commission,the Finance Department,and the Education and Sports Bureau jointly issued the "Implementation Opinions on Strengthening School Sports to Promote Students’ Physical and Mental Health Comprehensive Development" in 2017(The “Implementation Opinions” for short)proposed that the development of campus sports should adhere to four principles,namely,adhere to the combination of classroom teaching and extracurricular activities,adhere to the promotion of hobby cultivation and skill improvement,adhere to the coordination of group activities and competitions;adhere to the overall promotion and classification combined with guidance.As a result,the "one school,one product" sports model has become a breakthrough for domestic schools to carry out sports reform.At present,the construction of the "one school,one product"sports model in Zhengzhou primary schools is still in the preliminary stage.In order to ensure the orderly and steady development of its construction work,it is necessary to explore the current situation of the construction of the "one school,one product" sports model in Zhengzhou primary schools.This paper adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,observation method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to analyze the establishment,implementation mode,construction of school teachers,students,school logistics support,project It analyzes the current situation of its "one school,one product" sports model construction in detail,summarizes its sports model construction experience,points out the problems existing in the construction,and puts forward targeted development suggestions.After systematic research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The selection of the "one school,one product" sports program in Zhengzhou primary schools is more in line with students’ preferences and the actual development of the school.Publicity methods,and established a set of perfect management system,played a good demonstration role.(2)The main problems in the construction of the "one school,one product" sports model in Zhengzhou primary schools are:single source of funds,low penetration rate of special projects,weak teachers,insufficient support from parents,imperfect venues and equipment,and lack of sports brand building.valued etc.In order to properly solve these problems,this study puts forward the following suggestions:strengthen the management of sports funds and broaden the sources of funds;strengthen overall planning and increase the penetration rate of characteristic projects;strengthen the construction of professional teachers and improve the quality of teaching;strengthen communication with parents and achieve home-school cooperation;Strengthen the construction of sports venues and equipment,make rational use of social resources;strengthen sports brand building,and create a campus sports culture.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,it can provide a useful reference for the construction of the "one school,one product" sports model in Zhengzhou primary schools.
