Entrepreneurs and senior professional managers have become the most dynamic group in economic development.institutions serving enterprise management aim to promote the development of enterprises,so as to realize the optimization and upgrading of national economic structure.However,because the uneven level of training and fierce competition in the training market,the key problem of China’s education and training institutions is to formulate a reasonable development strategy.This paper takes the development strategy of s education and training institutions as the research topic,combs and summarizes the relevant literature on strategic management at home and abroad,and tamps the theoretical basis of this paper.According to the actual situation of the development of s education and training institution,this paper analyzes the external macro environment and internal environment of s education and training institution in detail,and uses SWOT analysis to clarify its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.Secondly,through the QSPM matrix,it selects the intensive strategy type for the development of s education and training institution from three development strategies,based on which the intensive strategy includes the internal factors of product development and market penetration In the early days of the establishment of the Institute,the development mission proposed by the senior managers is to "integrate the advantages of marine disciplines and famous teachers resources,establish and improve the characteristics of running schools in the province,and promote the development of enterprises and economy in the peninsula area".This paper puts forward the market expansion strategy,including regional expansion and product type expansion.The market expansion strategy can effectively improve the market limitations and the obstacles of single product structure in the development process of the institution,so as to achieve the purpose of running the education and training institution more comprehensively.Finally,a series of safeguard measures are formulated to ensure the successful implementation of the market expansion development strategy.The strategic guarantee measures include perfecting the organization,establishing the supporting team culture,strengthening the construction of human resources and strengthening the team R & D guarantee.I hope this paper can provide reference for further deepening the research of education and training institutions.
