According to 2018,according to the results of relevant market data of domestic education industry by the end of 2018,the domestic education training market has more than nine hundred billion yuan,but only to reach nearly seven hundred billion primary and middle schools extracurricular training market scale,the scale of the college of education training institutions at home and abroad,the number of more than 500 people over thousands,and the number of students is more than 100 million.From the super first-tier cities to the vast third-tier and fourth-tier markets,the rise of different training institutions makes the domestic education and training market show a unique pattern of diversified development.LiaoCheng keeps up with the development of The Times.In recent years,all kinds of educational and training institutions have developed rapidly.According to incomplete statistics,there are nearly 350 educational and training institutions in liaoCheng,among which cultural counseling accounts for 80%of the whole market,special interest training accounts for 8%,and the rest is art training.Y education and training institution is located in Shen Xiancounty,LiaoCheng City,Shandong Province.It was founded in 2010.The introduction of experienced teaching resources by Y education and training institution has laid a solid foundation for the rapid development of Y institution in Shen xian.After this,Y education and training institutions have opened painting,dancing,calligraphy,oral arithmetic and other interests,has now developed to its branches in 20 subordinate towns and townships in Shen Xiancounty,a total of 2000 students.Y education and training institutions in Shen Xiancounty and its township students have reached saturation,the company must expand new markets to seek greater development space.How to open up a new situation in LiaoCheng city and what measures to take are the problems to be studied in this paper.On this basis,this paper analyzes the new marketing of Y education and training institutions.This paper took Y education and training institution as the research object,sorted out relevant literature through literature induction,and carried out a study on Y education and training institution based on STP marketing theory and marketing strategy combination theory.Through in-depth research and analysis on Y organization,it is concluded that there are still four problems in market expansion,namely,marketing research lacking in market expansion,simple replication of market expansion strategy,unclear market expansion positioning and inadequate market expansion evaluation.Finally,through the analysis of STP marketing strategy,the market of education and training in liaocheng was subdivided and the target market suitable for Y organization was determined.Finally,through the analysis of these aspects,it is concluded that the improvement of marketing strategies of Y education and training institutions should be guided by the needs of target customers to implement marketing strategies from four aspects:product and brand,price,personnel and integrated marketing communication strategy.In addition,it will from the personnel security,brand image promotion,capital and financial security,strategic portfolio security four aspects to implement security to guarantee the smooth development of Y institution in the new market.
