| The proportion of young people in modern financial criminals has risen over the last five years.How to reduce the re-criminal rate of such adolescents through helping teachers has always been a key concern in society.In 2020,with the promulgation of the "People’s Republic of China Community Correction Law",the content of the community correction of the Youth Community is in a large number of space,which is enough to explain the importance of criminal adolescent community corrections in national judicial reforms.The individual differences and growth environments of the youth community correction objects are different,and the cause of the crime is also a variety of diversification,so it is necessary to fully consider the particularity of its specialty,and apply appropriate ways during its help.Cognitive behavioral therapy is a short-range,cognitive orientation,structural psychotherapeutic method,in response to problems and bad behaviors that solve unreasonable cognition.After evolving,cognitive behavioral therapy has been adapted to be applied to the objects of each age stage.The therapy has affected its behavior by cognitioning and guiding service objects by reversing service objects.In this study,the theory and techniques of cognitive behavioral therapies were practically applied in practice by combing the theoretical characteristics of cognitive behavioral therapy and in conjunction with specific cases.From the method of interventional community correction,social workers help correct the rational understanding of families,social,emotions,by applying cognitive behavioral therapy,and strengthen emotional management,and strengthening emotional management.From the process of intervention,the teenagers have reversed the wrong money concept,abandoning bad behavior,legal awareness,returning to society,rebuilding the full social system,correction of adolescent financial crimes. |
