In recent years,the number of cases of youth gang letter crime has increased rapidly,and the weak consciousness of rule of law,profit-seeking and conformity mentality have become the "fuse" of gang letter crime.The unique humanistic care and skills of social work are essential to help community prisoners alter their perspectives,alter their personalities,re-establish their social roles,and realize the restoration of their humanity;without proper direction and rectification,they are likely to relapse into criminal activity,jeopardizing social equilibrium.This study uses social work methods,mainly case method,supplemented by group and community methods,to integrate social resources and organize social forces for educational reform of criminals.Social work aims to use cognitive behavioral therapy,through six interviews and dialogues and assisting the client to participate in three community public welfare activities to enhance family affection and social ability to correct the adverse cognition of the subject,gradually change the wrong idea,and finally restore social function and smoothly return to society.As a judicial social worker,I participated in the community correction cases of convicts serving sentences by using participatory observation and interview methods.Observation and interaction reveal the client to be highly passive,introverted,sensitive,anxious,under pressure from employment,lacking legal knowledge,and other issues-all of which are not conducive to their reform and reintegration into society,and may even present hidden risks to social stability.After paying attention to the above problems,the author developed individualized intervention plan in stages,which started from building trust relationship to carry out services,mainly through case psychological counseling,solving ideological problems,and auxiliary group activities,so that the clients could integrate into the community.In the process of intervention,case concepts and methods such as acceptance,confidentiality,and self-determination of the client are used to systematically understand the criminal motivation of the client.The cognitive behavioral theory,which investigates the effects of social support from family,community,government,social personnel,and other sources on the reform effect of a client,is the basis of the research theory.This is based on early family experience.motivation of the perpetrator to help the information network crime and changes the original negative motivation of the perpetrator.And from the family conflict,to create a good environment for reform,reduce the possibility of recrime.At the same time,the advantage perspective theory is used to explore the potential advantages of the clients,enhance their confidence in integrating into society,obtain long-term development,and enable them to rekindle their life hope and return to society smoothly,reflecting the restorative value of community correction.Through the case service,the client realizes the change of thought,alleviates the psychological pressure better,eases the relationship with his mother,helps people around him and gains new peer groups through his special skills.Finally,it is concluded that cognitive behavioral therapy is an ideal way to solve the problem of community correction.Give full play to the role of family in community correction;The use of social resources can promote the correction object to better integrate into society;The advantage perspective can help the correction object to obtain long-term development.
