| High quality teacher pre-service education curriculum is the important content of high quality teacher pre-service education and the important means to build a high quality teacher team.Finland is famous in the world for its basic education.And the“research-oriented” teacher training of Finland has a remarkable effect.Study on the pre-service education curriculum of Finnish primary and middle school teachers can provide some useful reference and enlightenment for our country’s teacher education curriculum reform.In this study,literature research,comparative research and case study were used to systematically analyze the current situation,characteristics and enlightenment of pre-service education curriculum for Finnish primary and secondary school teachers.The specific content of the current situation of pre-service education curriculum for Finnish primary and secondary school teachers includes the setting principles,objectives,structure and contents,completion methods and time,evaluation standards and methods of the curriculum.There are four principles in the curriculum of pre-service education for Finnish primary and secondary school teachers,namely autonomy,responsibility and trust;research-based;rombine theory with practice;attach importance to the cultivation of teachers’ social moral quality.The knowledge goal,ability goal and moral emotion goal of Finnish primary and secondary school teachers’ pre-service education curriculum will be improved with the deepening of learning.This paper analyzes the structure of pre-service education curriculum of Finnish teachers in three categories: class-level teachers,subject teachers and other teachers.The contents of pre-service education curriculum for Finnish primary and secondary school teachers can be divided into common contents and different contents.The common contents include language and communication learning,teaching research,educational research methods,papers and seminars,and basic knowledge of education and teaching.The different contents are related to the major direction.The completion methods and time of pre-service education curriculum for Finnish primary and secondary school teachers are diversified as well as the evaluation standards and methods.The common characteristics of pre-service education curriculum for Finnish primary and secondary school teachers are:(1)the research orientation of curriculum setting and learning style;(2)enhance the combination of educational theory and practice;(3)the integrity and pertinence of curriculum structure;(4)emphasizes on curriculum learning’s autonomy and cooperation;(5)diversified learning methods;(6)diversification of curriculum evaluation methods and standards;(7)emphasizes on curriculum content’s localization and internationalization;(8)attach importance to cultivating information media technical literacy.At the same time,the pre-service education courses of Finnish primary and secondary school teachers in different universities and professional directions also have their own characteristics.Combining the characteristics of the pre-service education curriculum of Finnish teachers and the current situation and problems of the pre-service education curriculum of Chinese teachers,the paper obtains the following enlightenment:(1)strengthen cultivate students’ research ability in curriculum;(2)ensure the quantity and quality of educational practice courses;(3)strengthen the integrity and integration of the curriculum;(4)attach importance to the independence and cooperation of curriculum learning;(5)to promote the diversification of courses selection and courses completion methods;(6)to promote the diversification of curriculum evaluation methods and standards;(7)improve the localization and internationalization of the curriculum. |
