In 2021,the Ministry of Education issued the Guiding Opinions on Vigorously Promoting the Scientific Connection between Kindergartens and Primary Schools,which clearly puts forward the principle of adhering to the two-way connection,especially highlighting and emphasizing the indispensable position of primary school in the work of connecting children and primary schools.This policy provides guidelines and action guidelines for the smooth development of the work of connecting children and primary schools.Under this policy background,it is of positive significance and effect to investigate the implementation of adaptive education for primary school enrollment and analyze the experience and problems in the process of policy implementation to improve the effectiveness of adaptive education for primary school enrollment and promote the scientific connection between young and primary schools.By means of quantitative and qualitative combination,338 first-grade teachers from21 primary schools in J City with different nature and geographical location were surveyed,24 front-line teachers and managers from 7 primary schools were interviewed in depth,and field survey was conducted in C primary school to form a triangular verification of questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and observation data.The results show that:From the perspective of cognition,teachers can take into account the importance of multiple subjects and the content of four dimensions of adaptive education,but they have a shallow understanding of the concept of "adaptive education for admission";Teachers generally agree on the importance of adaptive education but focus on class management.Teachers have insufficient understanding and limited access to policies related to preschool connection.In terms of specific implementation,the implementation of elementary school enrollment adaptation education teachers is generally at an above average level,and the scores of the four dimensions from high to low are social adaptation > learning adaptation > life adaptation > physical and mental adaptation.At the same time,there are significant differences in the implementation of primary school teachers with different teaching years,different working conditions and different geographical locations.Specifically,the higher the teaching years,the better the implementation of school adaptation education.The implementation of school adaptation education in first-grade homeroom teachers is higher than that of section teachers.The implementation of urban primary school teachers is better than that of rural teachers.At the same time,the study found that there are still the following problems in the implementation process of elementary school adaptive education teachers: there is a deviation in the connotation understanding of adaptive education for school entry,and the educational depth is limited;The implementation level of school adaptation education needs to be improved and the consistency of education is lacking.The content of the implementation of school adaptation education is lighter and the educational balance is not good.Children are absent from the implementation position of school adaptation education,and educational immanence is missing.The implementation of school adaptation education is limited and the integration of education is weak;The implementation time of school adaptation education is short and concentrated,and the continuity of education is insufficient.Based on the ecosystem theory,this study constructs an analytical framework for the problems of adaptive education for primary school enrollment,interprets and analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of adaptive education for primary school enrollment from the perspectives of operation system,cooperation system,support system and value norm system,and further proposes a systematic optimization path:To change the concept as the core,enhance the subject consciousness of all staff,improve the ability of teachers to carry out policies,improve the ability of school entry to adapt to the education operation system;Guided by the collaborative mechanism,it builds the home-school cooperation platform and the bridge connecting young children,and builds the cooperation force of the school enrollment adaptation education cooperation system.Overall education management and evaluation,strengthen the support of education system for enrollment adaptation;Refine and publicize the policies related to the link between the young and the young,and strengthen the appeal of the system of school adaptation education standards.
