The "General High School Physics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition and 2020 Revision)" clearly states that the goal of general high schools is to cultivate students’ comprehensive qualities and develop core literacy.In order to cultivate students’ ability to independently solve physical problems,this study adopts diverse teaching models and ingeniously designed scaffolding to guide students to understand physical knowledge,develop scientific thinking,cultivate students’ thinking of analytical reasoning,and enhance their ability to solve physical problems.After the preliminary test of teaching practice,the scaffolding teaching mode has certain effects on the cultivation of physical problem-solving ability,and is conducive to the cultivation of core physical literacy.This study clarifies the concepts of scaffolding teaching and physical problem-solving ability by combing and analyzing existing relevant literature,analyzes the relationship between core literacy and physical problem-solving ability,and provides a theoretical basis for subsequent practical research.Secondly,a survey was conducted on the physics problem-solving abilities of senior three students in internship schools.The survey found that students were lacking in problem-solving methods and ideas,and their ability to independently solve physics problems was not high.At the same time,interviews with various frontline teachers found that scaffolding teaching was not common.Therefore,this study combines the basic theory of scaffolding teaching,summarizes the links and principles of scaffolding teaching mode,and selects the circular motion part for specific teaching case design,providing reference for the application of scaffolding teaching to cultivate physical problem-solving ability.By putting teaching cases into practice,and comparing and analyzing the post-test scores,specific answers,and the performance of the explanation process of test questions between the experimental class A and the control class B,it was found that the representation ability and analytical reasoning ability of Class A were significantly higher than those of Class B,and Class A had a more flexible and diverse perspective on problems and was more confident in facing physical problems.The research results show that the scaffolding teaching mode has a good teaching effect on cultivating students’ ability to solve physical problems.The research of this topic enriches the theoretical and practical research on cultivating physical problem-solving ability based on scaffolding teaching,and provides specific cases for the practical application of scaffolding teaching mode in the circular motion part.
