The Practical Research On Social Work Participating In The Social Survey Of Juveniles Involved In Crime From The Perspective Of Ecological Systems Theory

At present,the problem of juvenile delinquency in China is becoming more and more serious.Juvenile justice follows the six word policy of "education,probation and rescue" and the eight word principle of "education first,punishment supplemented" to carry out social investigation on juvenile delinquency,with a view to achieving special protection for juvenile delinquency.Compared to other original social investigation execution subjects,social workers have gradually become the main force of social investigations involving minors due to their professional advantages,third-party identity advantages,and investigation time advantages.Based on the Ecological systems theory,this paper takes the typical case of social survey project of M social work institution in S District as an example to carry out practical research on social work participation in the social survey of delinquent minors.This article summarizes the reasons for the criminal behavior of minors involved in crimes at various system levels through the practice of social work participation in social investigations of minors involved in crimes,identifies the favorable and unfavorable factors for the return of minors involved in crimes to society,and proposes suggestions for observation,care,and education based on this.Finally,on the basis of social investigation practice,it summarizes the role of social work in the field of social investigations,Propose further improvement directions for the limitations and deficiencies that arise in practice.The research conclusion of this article is: firstly,the participation of social work in the social investigation of minors involved in crimes has the role of ensuring the scientific,professional,and comprehensive nature of social investigation,promoting the standardization of social investigation procedures,and promoting the development of flexible juvenile justice.It provides important reference and basis for subsequent conviction,sentencing,and observation and assistance;Secondly,social work participation in social investigations has professional advantages,third-party identity advantages,and investigation time advantages.There are also limitations such as a lack of authority in the field of social investigations,low social identity of judicial social workers,unclear legal attributes of social investigation reports,limited reporting role,and a lack of professional talents in social investigations,which need to be further improved.
