| After the promulgation of the " double reduction " policy,students ’ spare time has increased,and primary and secondary schools in various regions have successively carried out a variety of " after-school services," which has greatly increased the opportunities for children to receive art education,and has also brought greater opportunities and new challenges to aesthetic education in primary and secondary schools.On the basis of combing the relevant research literature at home and abroad,grasping the basic dynamics of relevant research at home and abroad,defining the core concepts,and clarifying the significance of extracurricular art activities in primary schools,this paper extracts 340 students,40 art teachers and 10 school leaders from four different types of primary schools in J city as research samples,using questionnaires,interviews and other research methods.From the aspects of teachers and students ’ understanding of the significance of extracurricular art activities in schools,the purpose and motivation of participating in activities,the content and form of activities,venue facilities and teacher conditions,as well as the degree of participation,effectiveness evaluation,rules and regulations,and influencing factors,we have a deep understanding of the reality of extracurricular art activities in primary schools.It reveals that there are some main problems in extracurricular art activities in primary schools,such as the weak strength of the school art education team,the lack of innovation in the form of extracurricular art activities,the lack of teaching equipment for extracurricular art activities,and the lack of evaluation mechanism for extracurricular art activities.The main reasons for these problems are as follows : First,people ’s ideological understanding of extracurricular art activities is not high;second,the management system of extracurricular art activities is not perfect;third,the uneven distribution of resources for extracurricular art activities;fourth,the evaluation mechanism of extracurricular art activities is not flexible.From the perspective of education management,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of extracurricular art activities in primary schools : first,correctly understand the significance of extracurricular art activities in schools and clarify the objectives of activities;second,we should strive to develop the curriculum resources of extracurricular art activities in the school and enrich the content of activities.Third,make full use of the technical means of extracurricular art activities in the school to expand the form of activities;fourth,constantly enrich the evaluation methods of extracurricular art activities in schools,and attach importance to activity evaluation;finally,actively coordinate the various factors of extracurricular art activities in the school to improve the effect of activities. |
