A Study On The High Quality Development Of Extracurricular Sports In Universities In The Yangtze River Delta Region Of China In The New Era

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,a new era,new ideas,new goals,and a new journey.As one of the regions with the strongest comprehensive strength in China,the development of college sports in the Yangtze River Delta is also in a leading position.As one of the core works of college sports,extracurricular sports in colleges and universities is an important way to enhance students’ physical health.Based on relevant national policies and using research methods such as questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,literature,and expert interview,this paper expounds the connotation of extracurricular sports development from the perspective of high-quality development,analyzes the current situation of extracurricular sports development in universities in the Yangtze River Delta,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of extracurricular sports in universities in the Yangtze River Delta.It also has the guiding significance for the development of extra-curricular sports in other regions,thus further promoting our country sports development and building into a sports power.The research findings in this paper are as follows:1.The connotation of high-quality development of extracurricular sports in colleges and universities is "innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared" development.Innovation and development,to create a Chinese characteristics of extracurricular sports system;The coordinated development emphasizes the systematization,coordination and integrity of college sports;Green development,create campus sports culture,promote sustainable development of physical exercise;Open development,deepen the opening of universities to the outside world,cooperative learning,enrich the university extracurricular sports work;Shared development,promoting universities and the outside world to share the fruits of sports development.2.Problems existing in the development of extra-curricular sports in colleges and universities in the Yangtze River Delta region: insufficient innovation ability,including the lack of new ideas in exercise projects,outdated sports infrastructure construction and single forms of competition;The development of the system is not coordinated,mainly due to the low level of coordination of the development of the main body of college sports,the lack of extracurricular sports full-time organization management;Campus green sports atmosphere is not strong,lack of green sports culture spirit and low-carbon ecological sports activities;Extracurricular sports are not open enough,sports facilities are not fully open,and there is a lack of opportunities for exchange and cooperation;The level of sports sharing in universities is not high,and sports curriculum and competition resources,venue resources and research results have not been shared.3.High-quality development strategy of extra-curricular sports in colleges and universities in the Yangtze River Delta: continue to innovate college sports system,innovate sports facilities,upgrade AI intelligent sports system and develop sports events with local characteristics;Continue to coordinate the allocation of sports,establish an evaluation mechanism,follow up national policies,improve the management system,allocate high-quality new teachers,establish a special department for extracurricular sports and extracurricular sports risk management system;Continue to create campus green atmosphere,strengthen sports culture,spiritual construction,promote extracurricular sports low-carbon and ecological;Continue to increase the openness of extracurricular sports,fully open,scientific management of sports facilities,adhere to foreign cooperation and exchanges;Continue to practice the concept of sharing,promote universities to build sports resource platforms,and develop social sharing of sports venues.
