In the 21st century,with the advent of the information age,the Internet + "education" based on in formation technology has swept through the field of education,which has triggered a series of changes in te aching methods and learning methods.The outbreak of the new crown epidemic in 2020 has caused people to pay attention to the informatization of education.Education informatization has been rapidly developed,and its advantages of convenience,efficiency and cross-time and space have brought new ideas and possibil ities to the development of education.The project aims to promote the application of informatization in the form of a practice community,promote the construction of a number of high-level informatization teaching backbone teams,explore the long-term mechanism of informatization teaching applications,and form a por table and referenceable typical case of informatization teaching.Since its launch in 2018,a total of 79 diffe rent types of practice community projects have been built across the country in the past four years,includin g thirteen different models.The smooth implementation of these practice community projects not only pro motes the development of basic education informatization in China,but also provides a mature model and e xperience for the in-depth development of basic education informatization throughout the country,and play s an important role in realizing the sustainable development of basic education informatization.How is the operation of the basic education informatization teaching application practice commu nity? What problems exist in the operation of the community? What strategies can build a community of ba sic education informatization teaching application practice more scientifically and effectively? Focusing on these issues,this study summarizes the research status of the basic education informatization teaching appli cation practice community through literature analysis,and conducts a theoretical analysis on it,taking the "four or five" county model application practice community of the famous teacher classroom in Lushi Count y as an example to investigate the front-line members to understand the deficiencies in their development a nd to propose corresponding optimization strategies.After a series of investigation and analysis,it was found that the operation of the practice commu nity has effectively promoted the development of teachers in poverty-stricken areas.At the same time,there are also some problems that can be improved.For example,there are limitations in information communic ation,and members’ understanding of the community is limited;members’ emotional investment is low,an d organizational stickiness needs to be improved;the incentive mechanism needs to be improved,and mem bers’ motivation to participate is low;expert guidance needs to be strengthened,and teachers’ ability to imp rove is generally effective;The learning situation of each region is different,and the pertinence of the activi ties needs to be improved;the attention to the summary feedback after the activities is low,which is not con ducive to the real-time optimization of the community;the promotion efforts within the school area are aver age,and the implementation effect needs to be improved;the teacher level in the community is not fully co mpatible,The training content needs to be improved;the effect of online communication is limited,and the frequency of offline activities needs to be increased.In response to these problems,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures: strengthen the connection between levels within the community,and prom ote project development in coordination at all levels;enhance self-efficacy and increase the level of invest ment of grass-roots members in the community;consolidate top-level design and pay more attention to com munity managers;introduce more Multi-experts,optimize community team building;clarify the core needs of each region within the community,organize targeted projects;establish a feedback incentive mechanism to stimulate the participation of community members;broaden the scope of attention and increase communi ty project radiation;improve community members’ information literacy and participation Take initiative;att ach importance to offline communication between urban and rural areas and break down regional barriers;establish a public communication platform and encourage the construction of various communities.
