Current Situation Analysis And Development Strategy Research Of Basic Education Informatization Construction

With increasing international competition,the reform and development of education has become the main strategy to face the competition between developed and developing countries.Many countries have put forward a series of policies in educational reform to promote the modernization of education with their own informatization.Meanwhile,the combination of informatization and globalization has also brought many reforms.The establishment and application of global educational informatization has made education in China deeply reformed.Reviewing the development of informatization in the first ten years of the 21 st century,China has gained great achievements in the construction and application of educational informatization.At present,the informatization in China has developed from the construction of fundamental facilities to extensive applications from focusing on “educational informatization development in places where there was none” to “the application of educational informatization and sustainable development”.In the year 2010,the issue of“National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plans” provided a strong goal of the construction of educational informatization in China,and it also provided a preventive solution to the opportunities and challenges in educational informatization.In order to make educational informatization promote its modernization and sustainable development,informatization construction and useful experiences applied in other countries must be summarized and learned to look at the new problems met in the development of educational informatization,so that a new stage of developing the construction and application of educational information will be formed.However,during the developing of educational informatization in China,due to the imbalance of economic development in different areas,the construction and application of educational informatization have shown typical regional characteristics,with the priority in the eastern and coastal areas over middle and western areas.Due to the uneven distribution of information resources,mismatches of investment and construction,the separation of the application of information and classroom teaching,and the lack of ability of teachers' application of informatization and technology,many problems have occurred.In order to create a smooth development of basic education,the construction of basic educational informatization should be taken as a new point.To research by literature search,questionnaire and interview,on the construction and application of information technology in Hanzhong city were analyzed.Case study was conducted on Relevant,put forward strategy,With the fyrther research and sustainable development strategy for Hanzhong city informatization.This article is dispart as five section:As an exordium,the first part give introduction on research background,target and researchmethod and related concept used in the article.The second part is about basic theoretics involved in information-based education.The point of this paper is the third and fourth section.In the third section,the paper get the complete and actual complexion about elementary and middle school in Hanzhong city by the method of questionnaire,and then,the writer give a detailed analysis upon the inqudata,in order to find out the actual obstacles and problems exist in elementary information-based education.The proposal and strategy put forward in fourth part of the paper aim at the problems mentioned above.The last two section of paper make a future prospect and make an summary on entire research work and then bring forward the unperfect content needed.
