The development of society promotes the process of deepening the integration of sports and education,which is essentially to make new requirements for the nature of the social division of labor for sports school students,and then adjust the educational value orientation of sports schools.In the process of adhering to the education of cultivating virtue and promoting the deepening of the integration of sports and education,the integration of systems,schools and students only provides the basic guarantee,and integrating the value orientation of physical education integration into the values of individuals is an intrinsic requirement for deepening the integration of sports and education,and is the key to realizing the integration of sports and education and the all-round development of sports school students.Under the premise of moral education first,starting from changing the main values of sports schools and creating a specific cultural environment of sports schools has important practical,theoretical and practical significance for promoting the deepening of the integration of sports and education,improving the quality of talent training and managing and using sports school cultural resources.This thesis studies the educational function of cultural resources in sports schools(hereinafter referred to as sports schools).This thesis uses the literature method to introduce the research background,research status,research methods and research content of the thesis topic,and summarizes the relevant concepts,mechanisms,components,target dimensions,basic characteristics and practical dilemmas of sports schools.Secondly,according to the connotation of sports school cultural resources,the questionnaire survey items of this research were established,and the questionnaire items were screened by designing a structural equation model to improve the validity of subsequent data results,and the perceived characteristics of students’ physical school cultural resources in five aspects: material,spiritual,institutional,behavioral and curriculum were obtained,and the contradictions between learning and training,and students’ more attention to training activities and coaches’ behaviors were confirmed from the data.Finally,according to the actual situation of the perceived characteristics of students’ sports school cultural resources and the principle of long-term good rescue and loss,the countermeasures for the education of sports school cultural resources are proposed from the constituent elements of education,and the education path is proposed from the management and application of sports school cultural resources in different dimensions,hoping to provide reference and suggestions for the full use of sports school cultural resources in the process of sports school education.
