In order to improve the job satisfaction of coaches of Chengdu operational table tennis club,improve the operation status of Chengdu operational table tennis club,and create a good sports atmosphere in Chengdu.This paper uses the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to investigate the job satisfaction of 141 table tennis coaches from seven indicators: work,work remuneration,working relationship,working conditions,management mechanism,development prospect and self actualization.The results are as followsThe overall job satisfaction score of coaches of Chengdu operational table tennis club is 3.72,which belongs to the level of "medium to upper".The score of each secondary index is from small to large,which is work remuneration,development prospect,management mechanism,self realization,working conditions,work itself and working relationship.The lowest satisfaction among the three indicators are: compared with the profession expected by the coaches,the welfare and bonus of the club,the incentive system,the relationship with the leadership,the teaching and training mode of the club,the promotion opportunities provided by the club and the coaches' work can realize their own life pursuit.In terms of work itself,work remuneration,management mechanism,working relationship,working conditions,development prospects and self realization,the variables are gender,marriage,age,whether to invest or join the club,education level,monthly income,work nature,coach post,teaching age,coach certificate,athlete level,etc,There are significant differences in job satisfaction of coaches.The specific performance is as follows:There are significant differences in the dimensions of work itself under the variables of marriage,age,salary and coach position.There are significant differences in the dimensions of work remuneration under the variables of marriage,whether it is a club investment or not,education level,salary,job nature,coach post and teaching age.There are significant differences in the dimension of management mechanism under the marriage variables.There are significant differences in the dimensions of working relationship under the variables of gender,education level,salary,work nature,coach post and teaching age.There are significant differences in the working condition dimension under the variables of gender and education level.There are significant differences in the dimensions of development prospects under the variables of gender,investment or stock participation,education level,salary,job nature,coach post and coach certificate.There are significant differences in self-realization dimension under age,education level,salary,work nature,coach post and coach certificate variable.In view of the above conclusion,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from three aspects: table tennis club,relevant government departments and coaches themselves to improve the job satisfaction of table tennis coaches.
