| Campus bullying has caused a lot of bad effects,which has aroused the general attention of the society.Campus bullying is a special form of bullying,which is characterized by bullying,destructiveness and violence.It is easy to cause psychological trauma to students and lead to illegal and criminal behaviors,which seriously damages the development of school education and teaching work and the physical and mental health of teachers and students.The field of social work has made rich achievements in the interventional research on the bullies.However,the research on the behavioral intervention of the bullies is rare.This study will focus on the main body of the perpetrator of bullying behavior in the middle school students’ campus bullying,and strive to reduce the occurrence and phenomenon of campus bullying to a certain extent.This study mainly adopts the work method of case work,through the application of cognitive behavioral theory and Dominant perspective theory,and carries out practical research on the correction of campus bullying behavior for the selected service objects.In the process of practical development,through the form of participatory observation and interview,we collected and evaluated the relevant data of the service subjects,and found that the service subjects had cognitive biases in the aspects of campus bullying behavior and rational emotion.Therefore,this study is guided by cognitive behavioral theory and Dominant perspective theory,and according to the problems and needs of the service objects,the service plan suitable for the service objects is developed.The whole practice process not only helps the service object to clarify the existing cognitive bias,but also corrects the problem behavior caused by the cognitive bias of the service object,so as to achieve the goal of correcting the campus bullying behavior of the service object.At the same time,it also helps the service object to realize its own advantages and potential,and encourages the service object to make full use of the favorable conditions to achieve self-improvement.To a certain extent,it not only consolidated the effective correction of campus bullying behaviors of the service objects,but also laid a cornerstone for the service objects to move towards a better future to a certain extent. |
