| In 2000,the Ministry of Education proposed for the first time in the Circular on the Popularization of Information Technology Education in Primary and Secondary Schools that "teachers should apply information technology tools in teaching other subjects",marking the beginning of a new chapter of information technology education in China.Studies have shown that the combination of virtual simulation software in secondary school physics can effectively motivate students to learn and help teachers to improve their teaching quality. However, different virtual simulation software has different characteristics, and it is undoubtedly adding to the problem if the software is introduced carelessly and the software itself is not matched with the teaching content.Based on the background above, this thesis uses five virtual simulation software to simulate five experiments respectively, and conducts a comparative study on the effects of their application. The main work of this paper is as follows:First, the research status of virtual simulation software at home and abroad is analyzed by reviewing literature. The background, significance and the status at home and board of the study on assisting the secondary school physics teaching by virtual simulation software are also analyzed. The concept of "virtual simulation" and "virtual simulation experiment" are clarified, and the relevant theory is determined.Second,a questionnaire survey is conducted around the front-line high school physics teachers in Kunming to understand the current status of assisting the secondary school physics teaching by virtual simulation software.Third, based on the results of the literature survey and questionnaire,NOBOOK platform,PhET platform,Multisim,Proteus, and CircuitJS1 are selected as the objects of comparison and analysis. The selected five software are introduced from seven aspects: usage environment, page layout, component types, parameter settings, experimental effects, data processing, and the form of the experiment saving file.Fourth, the "electric field lines and equipotential surface(inspirational experiments)","the relationship between the output power of a power supply and external resistance in a purely resistive circuit(verification experiments)","factors affecting the resistance of a conductor(exploratory experiments)","Measuring the electric potential and internal resistance of a power supply(measurement experiment)",and "Charging and discharging a capacitor(observational experiment)" are examples of experimental simulations. And the experimental effects of five virtual simulation software applied to the same experiment are compared and analyzed from four aspects: simulation operation, experiment results, data processing and component animation effects.Through this study, some suggestions for software selection are proposed for using virtual simulation software to assist in teaching high school electricity,i.e.,teachers need to be targeted in the teaching process to select the virtual simulation software that can best meet the teaching objectives of this lesson and complete the corresponding simulation experiments in order to achieve the best teaching effect. |
