Most of the previous researches on job burnout were based on the common teacher’s occupation.However,the problem of job burnout of special education teachers is rarely discussed.This paper investigates 150 special education teachers in five special education schools in Changchun by using questionnaires,and interviews six teachers in three special education schools.Combined with the author’s actual experience and real feelings of working in special education schools,the SPSS statistical analysis software was used to explore the relationship between professional burnout and social support of special education teachers,and the fundamental reasons between the degree of social support that special education teachers really feel and their professional burnout were deeply explored.Research findings:This study uses a questionnaire to investigate 150 special education teachers in five special education schools in Changchun.Combined with the author’s actual experience and real feelings in working in special education schools for more than two years,it will deeply explore the fundamental problem between the degree of social support and job burnout that can be truly felt by special education teachers.This study uses SPSS statistical analysis software to explore the relationship between special education teachers’ Job Burnout and community support.The results of this study show that:1.Special education teachers have certain job burnout,depersonalization is relatively high,followed by diminished personal accomplishment,and emotional exhaustion is relatively the lightest;2.The level of job burnout of special education teachers is different in different demographic variables.In terms of age variables,the degree of job burnout of special education teachers aged 21-30 is the most significant;In terms of educational background variables,the job burnout of special education teachers with graduate education is more serious;In the variable of professional title,the job burnout of special education teachers without grade is the most significant;In the teaching stage,the degree of job burnout of special education teachers in low-age classes is significant;The job burnout of special education teachers with 5-8 classes is more serious;In the variable of monthly income,the job burnout of special education teachers with a monthly income of 3000-4000 yuan is the most serious;3.In the total score of social support,the total score of job burnout of special education teachers and all dimensions are negatively correlated and significant;4.The total score of social support has a negative predictive effect on the total score and all dimensions of job burnout;On this basis,from the perspective of social support,this research provides relevant suggestions to prevent and reduce the professional burnout of special education teachers: we should build a corresponding social support system on the premise of combining reality and improving the effectiveness of social support.The special education administrators,the social level and the teachers themselves cooperate with each other.We should actively improve the various problems faced by special education teachers,so as to reduce their job burnout.
