Cognitive behavioral theory is a kind of psychological-social intervention therapy which is widely used to restore mental health and correct problem behavior. This theory holds that human problems are mainly caused by cognitive bias.It focuses on discussing the development of individual strategies to cope with the situation, exploring the core beliefs that generate irrational cognition, achieving the purpose of changing the deviant cognition and regulating irrational emotions, changing the pain of the client from the perspective of behavioral correction, restoring mental health and appropriate behavior. So as to achieve a fundamental solution to the current predicament of visitors, prevent the occurrence of such problems. This treatment theory is based on two perspectives: one is that people’s cognition will have an important impact on people’s emotions and behaviors;the other is that people’s behavior will affect the situation change and thus generate new cognition.Cognitive-behavioral theory therapy is a two-pronged treatment model to change people’s bad thinking pattern and behavioral dysfunction from the level of psychological cognition. With the continuous development of the society, juvenile crimes show a trend of younger age.The crimes of minors involved in telecommunication network increase, and the crimes suspected of helping information network crime increase significantly.During my internship in H Institution, the author found that due to the lack of family education and the influence of school and social peer groups,a large amount of information unsuitable for minors has caused wrong values and outlook on life for students, which makes them have cognitive and behavioral deviations from reality and finally embark on the road of crime. In this context, the author selected the case owner involved in the crime of helping information network crime as the study case, and adopted the cognitive behavioral theory as the teaching method to conduct practical research from the different cognitive biases of the case owner: At the cognitive level,in-depth analysis of the causes and consequences leading to the deviation of minors involved in the crime, from the identification, diagnosis, correction, reconstruction of four aspects of intervention,to help the case to identify the deviation cognition, face the problem, adjust and reconstruct the core belief; At the behavioral level, bad behaviors are corrected through behavioral activation, behavioral test and other methods,so as to achieve the purpose of making the client re-recognize himself, embrace the family, and return to school and society.Cognitive behavioral theory has a significant effect on improving biased cognition. However, there are also deficiencies in the whole process of helping and educating.Due to the limitation of the number of intervention in juvenile tutoring, over time, the weakening of the client’s ability to identify automatic thinking will have an impact on the continuity of the cognitive bias correction effect, which requires later tracking and consolidation. However,in general, cognitive behavioral theory still has obvious effects in improving the biased cognition of minors involved in ganging and trusting crimes.Through uninterrupted psychological education and counseling on the client’s cognition, emotion and behavior, the client can master cognitive behavioral therapy, which can help him stop his deviation cognition and face the problem more rationally, change bad behavior, prevent the occurrence of crime, and achieve the purpose of correction.
