Objective:The Physical health of children and adolescents is an issue that cannot be ignored in China.Physical education classes are one of the important ways to improve the physical health of children and adolescents and have an irreplaceable role.General Secretary Xi Jinping once again proposed to "strengthen youth sports work" in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist party of China.Although the teaching of physical education classes in China has been greatly improved since the reform and opening up,the conventional teaching methods are still relatively backward,which leads to unsatisfactory teaching effects.physical fitness training has an important role in improving the sensory coordination of children and adolescents,enhancing the self-regulation of internal organs,and promoting their physiological and psychological development.therefore,through the research on the combination of physical fitness training and middle school physical education class teaching mode,it is hoped to contribute to improving the teaching mode of physical education class in primary and secondary schools,improving the teaching effect of physical education class,enhancing the physical health of children and adolescents,cultivating their interest in sports,and cultivating their good exercise habits.Methods:Through literature review,expert interview,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,the physical fitness training was taken as the intervention content.Two classes in the sixth grade of the Junior High School Affiliated to the University of Shanghai for Science and technology were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 45 students in the control group(24 males and 21 females)and 43 students in the experimental group(20 males and 23 females).Before the experiment,the physical form,physiological function and physical fitness indexes of the students in the two classes were tested and statistically analyzed,ensuring that there was no significant difference in the physical form,physiological function and physical fitness levels of the students in the two classes before the experiment,which had statistical significance.A 12-week teaching experiment was carried out.The statistical analysis and comparison of the physical form,physiological function and physical fitness test data of the experimental and control groups before and after the intervention of physical fitness training were conducted to find out the level difference between the two groups.Results:The research results are as follows: 1)Physical form: there were significant differences in the height(T=-7.388,P<0.01),weight(T=3.870,P<0.01)and BMI(T=2.769,P<0.01)of males,as well as the height(T=-12.024,P<0.05)of females in the experimental group before and after the intervention.there were also significant differences in the height(T=-2.125,P<0.05),weight(T=-12.045,P<0.05),and BMI(T=2.197,P<0.05)of males in the control group before and after the intervention,as well as the height(T=-12.045,P<0.01)of females.2)Physiological function: there were significant differences in the lung capacity of males(T=-8.230,P<0.01)and females(T=-5.791,P<0.01)in the experimental group before and after the intervention.The lung capacity of males(T=-3.502,P<0.001)and females(T=-2.444,P<0.05)in the experimental group also showed significant differences before and after The intervention.3)Cardiovascular endurance: There were significant differences in the 50 m x 8 shuttle run of males(T=4.199,P<0.01)and females(T=5.852,P<0.01)in the experimental group before and after the intervention.The 50 m x 8 shuttle run of males(T=3.164,P<0.01)in the control group also showed significant differences before and after the intervention.After the intervention,there were significant differences in the 50 m x 8 shuttle run of males(T=-2.060,P<0.05)and females(T=-2.392,P<0.05)between the experimental and control groups,and the cardiovascular endurance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.4)Speed,strength and explosive power: there were significant differences in the 50 m run(T=6.549,P<0.01),standing long jump(T=-7.030,P<0.01),and 1-minute sit-up(T=-9.246,P<0.01)of male students in the experimental group before and after the intervention.There were also significant differences in the 50 m run(T=8.599,P<0.01)and standing long jump(T=-15.430,P<0.01)of females in the experimental group before and after the intervention.In the control group,there were significant differences in the 50 m run(T=-2.217,P<0.05)and 1-minute sit-up(T=-3.198,P<0.01)of males before and after the intervention,as well as the 50 m run(T=2.192,P<0.05)and standing long jump(T=-2.500,P<0.05)of females.After the intervention,the speed,strength and explosive power of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,with significant differences in the 50 m run(T=-2.693,P<0.01)and standing long jump(T=2.118,P<0.05)of males,as well as the standing long jump(T=2.542,P<0.05)of females.5)Flexibility and coordination: Compared within the group,the males in the experimental class showed a slight improvement in their sit-and-reach test scores before and after the experiment,but there was no significant difference(T=-0.584,P>0.05).However,their one-minute jump rope scores showed a significant improvement(T=-6.295,P<0.01).The females showed significant improvement in both their sit-and-reach test scores(T=-3.442,P<0.01)and one-minute jump rope scores(T=-12.067,P<0.01).Compared to the control class,there was a significant difference in one-minute jump rope scores for both males(T=-3.059,P<0.01)and females(T=-4.811,P<0.01).Conclusion: 1)The teaching effects of the two physical education classroom forms are similar.The physical education class form has very little influence,and there is no significant effect on improving the body composition effect of the students in this age group.2)Physical fitness training physical education class and conventional physical education class have a promoting effect on The physiological function and physical quality development of the grade 6 students.physical fitness training physical education class is better than conventional Physical education class,especially in terms of speed,cardiopulmonary function,coordination,sensitive quality and so on.3)From the overall effect of different classroom teaching forms,both belong to effective forms of physical education classroom Teaching.The improvement of the effect of physical fitness training is better than that of conventional physical education class,and its effect is more prominent.
