| The effectiveness of teaching refers to the efficient,effective and effective teaching on the basis of following the objective law of classroom teaching activities.Efficiency refers to the ratio of teaching output to teaching input;Effect refers to the degree of conformity between teaching results and teaching objectives;Benefit refers to the conformity between teaching objectives and teaching demands.Efficiency,effectiveness and effectiveness present the recursive relationship,together constitute the connotation and extension of teaching effectiveness.Efficient teaching is the unit of teaching input to obtain higher output;Is the progress and development of students;Is that the needs of students are fully met.Inefficient teaching is the low teaching effect;Is the low achievement of teaching objectives;It’s that students don’t learn well or don’t learn things.Therefore,whether the teaching is effective or not,from a small aspect,relates to the quality of each physical education class;From the big aspects,it concerns the quality of the whole education,and even the success of our country’s quality education.This study takes the effectiveness of junior middle school Physical education teaching as the research object,adopts the method of literature,interview,questionnaire,classroom observation and mathematical statistics to study the effectiveness of some junior middle school Physical education teaching in Shanghai,and Provides some reference value for improving the effectiveness of junior middle school Physical education teaching.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Both PE teachers and students think that the effectiveness of PE teaching is higher,and there is no statistical difference in understanding between teachers and students.The achievement degree of teaching objective of PE class is good,but there are significant differences in the achievement degree of teaching objective of different teaching age.The pursuit of the teaching quality of junior middle school PE teachers still has the phenomenon that they pay too much attention to the development of physical quality and ignore other goals.The types and rates of application of physical education teaching are not enough,and the effect of application needs to be improved.The teaching ability of PE teachers can basically meet the teaching needs,but some teaching abilities need to be improved.2.The overall teaching efficiency of PE class is good,and the physical exercise efficiency of students is better than the learning efficiency of sports knowledge and skills and the development efficiency of morality and ability.Teachers attach importance to the development of students’ Physical quality.Physical education exercises have a certain intensity,but the density of Physical education exercises needs to be improved.There is statistical difference between teachers and students in the understanding of reasonable arrangement of exercise intensity.In the process of learning knowledge and skills,teachers’ questioning,discussion,presentation and evaluation are often used less often,and the methods and methods are unreasonable and waste of time.The efficiency of moral and ability development is good on the whole,but students still have passive development.3.The overall teaching effect of PE class is relatively average,and the effect of physical exercise and learning of sports knowledge and skills is better than the effect of moral and ability development.Most of the students’ bodies have been effectively exercised,and the students can better master the knowledge and skills of Physical education,but the students’ learning mood is not high,the students’ emotional experience in class is general,and the effect of emotion and morality is low.4.The teaching benefit of physical education is general,and the benefit of physical exercise is better than the benefit of learning physical knowledge and skills and the benefit of moral and ability development.Through the study of physical education,students’ physical quality has been significantly improved,and students’ participation in physical exercise habits,attitudes and content choices have certain positive effects.Due to the lack of consolidation and practice of students’ sports knowledge and skills,rarely achieve automation,so the application of students’ sports knowledge and skills,application,transfer and other effects are poor.The moral character and ability of students have developed to some extent,but the effect of development is not very ideal. |
