The classroom teaching behavior of physical education teachers refers to the complex process of interaction and mutual influence between teachers and students,students and students based on the existing teaching resources and resource characteristics under the guidance of the classroom teaching goals.The classroom teaching behavior of physical education teachers has a decisive effect on the quality and effect of junior high school physical education.In order to improve the effectiveness of the classroom teaching behaviors of junior high school physical education teachers,this study adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,classroom observation method,mathematical statistics and other research methods to investigate the reality of the classroom teaching behaviors of junior high school physical education teachers and reveal On the basis of the existing problems of effective classroom teaching behaviors of junior high school physical education teachers,this article attempts to explain the factors that influence the effectiveness of classroom teaching behaviors of junior high school physical education teachers,so as to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching behaviors of junior high school physical education teachers.The thesis mainly starts the research from the following parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly clarifies the topic background of the research from the perspectives of the objective needs for improvement of the quality of physical education classroom teaching of junior high school students,the realistic demands of effective classroom teaching of junior high school physical education teachers,the interest and attention of researchers,etc.;from the two dimensions oftheoretical value and practical significance The research significance of this article;review and comb the literature from the definition of relevant core concepts and the effectiveness of physical education classroom teaching behaviors at home and abroad;describe the research ideas of this article from four aspects: theoretical research,investigation research,quantitative research,and practical research And technical route.The second part is the research object and method.According to the objectives and tasks of the subject research,this study takes "the effectiveness of classroom teaching behaviors of junior high school physical education teachers" as the research object,and selects 280 junior high school physical education teachers with different demographic characteristics as the survey object by combining stratified sampling and random sampling..And use literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,classroom observation method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to try to reveal the internal law of the effectiveness of physical education classroom teaching behavior,and lay a methodological basis for the research of the thesis.The third part is the discussion of the relevant theories about the effectiveness of physical education classroom teaching behavior.It is expounded from four aspects: the connotative meaning of the effectiveness of physical education classroom teaching behavior,the basic characteristics of the effectiveness of physical education classroom teaching behavior,the evaluation index of the effectiveness of physical education classroom teaching behavior,and the analysis framework of the effectiveness of physical education classroom teaching behavior.Set the theoretical basis.The fourth part is an investigation of the effectiveness of classroom teaching behaviors of junior high school physical education teachers.Mainly from the teaching preparation link,teaching implementation link,teaching reflection link and other aspects of the current situation investigation,and the differences between different types of schools,gender,teaching age,professional titles of junior high school physical education teacher groups are analyzed and discussed.The results show that:(1)In the teaching preparation link,the preparation of classroom content is generally effective,the setting of classroom goals is low and effective,and the setting of classroom plans is often effective;(2)In the teaching implementation link,the beginning of the classroom,teaching explanations are often effective,and classroom questions and discussions,Teaching demonstration,complex movement teaching design,independent practice and guidance,learning and practice time management,etc.are generally effective,but motivation,error prevention and correction,and classroom atmosphere management are less effective;(3)The teaching reflection link is less effective;(4)In terms of group differences,Complete secondary schools are better than other types of schools,more effective than 10 years of teaching experience,and more effective for senior or special titles.The fifth part is the main problem of the effectiveness of the classroom teaching behavior of junior high school physical education teachers.Through the research and analysis of the investigation status,it is found that the effective teaching behaviors of the current junior high school physical education teachers mainly include the deviation of the classroom goal setting from the students' academic conditions,the insufficient strength to stimulate the students' sports motivation,the lack of error prevention and correction in movement practice,and the management of the atmosphere of the physical education classroom Insufficient management,lack of behaviors of PE teachers' teachingreflection,and so on.The sixth part is the analysis of factors that affect the effectiveness of classroom teaching behaviors of junior high school physical education teachers.Based on the investigation of the status quo and problems,it is concluded that the factors that affect the effectiveness of junior high school physical education teachers' classroom teaching behavior are mainly five levels: junior high school,physical education teachers,junior high school students,teaching content,and teaching environment.Among them,the junior high school level includes the supervision and guidance of classroom teaching behaviors,the creation of a sports teaching and research atmosphere,and the training and learning of physical education teachers;the physical education teacher level includes subject teaching knowledge,teaching efficacy,and teaching ability;the junior high school student level includes physical fitness and skill foundation,Sports learning strategies and feedback on teaching behavior;the teaching content level includes the selection of teaching content and the amount of teaching content;the teaching environment level includes natural conditions,equipment and facilities,physical education classroom teaching conditions,and physical education classroom teaching atmosphere.The seventh part is the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching behaviors of junior high school physical education teachers.In view of the current problems and influencing factors in the classroom teaching behavior of junior high school physical education teachers,the main countermeasures proposed are: play the guiding role of junior high schools;strengthen the professional development of physical education teachers;improve students' ability to learn physical education;optimize the selection of physical education content;Create a good physical education environment,etc.The eighth part is conclusions and recommendations.From the perspective of the overall situation,the researcher refines and summarizes the research results,and draws conclusions from five aspects: theoretical connotation,survey results,problem disclosure,factor analysis,and improvement strategies.It puts forward key recommendations from four aspects: junior high school,physical education teacher,middle school student body,and follow-up outlook.
