As the core of the foundation education, course and teaching are the specific reflection of education ideology and education system; at the same time, to ensure the education quality, they are the important measures. This passage is based on constructivism and humanism, analysing both the inner meaning of effective teaching and current circumstance of domestic and abroad, providing the firm theory foundation of effective teaching study. It aims at the problems of music teaching in junior school and links with the music teacher's practice and uses various researching methods such as investigating methods and questionnaire. It also analyses the all the factors which affect the music effective teaching and how to improve music effective teaching. Moreover, it closely combines the theory of effective teaching and the practice of music teaching in middle schools to avoid the fact that the studying content is too boring. To sum up, this passage mainly provides a new platform for people to combine the theory of effective teaching and the teaching practice of middle school teachers to offer help for the people who study it and research it.
