Research objectives:In this paper, elastic band exercise and flagellate air resistance training are taken as training methods, and the changes of blood lactic acid, integrated myoelectric, muscle contribution rate and impact force value of the subjects after a single exercise are analyzed, and the influence of the two training methods on the flagellate training effect is explored.Research methods:Literature review method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method, experiment method.Load grouping of elastic band exercise and air block exercise:The control group was trained with low-load flagellate elastic band.Experimental group 1 received 35%MERV flagellated air resistance training;Experimental group 2received 85%MERV+35%MERV combined flagellate air resistance training;Experimental group 3 received 85%MERV flagellate air resistance training.Research results:(1)Study results of blood lactic acid: control group, experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 all reached the peak of blood lactic acid at the 5th minute after training, and experimental group 3 reached the peak of blood lactic acid at the 3rd minute after training; The peak blood lactic acid of experimental group 1 was significantly different from that of control group(p=0.039,p<0.05).The peak blood lactic acid of experimental group 2 was significantly different from that of experimental group 1(p=0.041,p<0.05).The peak blood lactic acid of experimental group 2 was significantly different from that of experimental group 3(p=0.003,p<0.01).There was no significant difference in peak blood lactic acid between experimental group 1 and experimental group 3(p=0.492,p>0.05).(2)Results of EMG study: the rectus femoris and medialis femoris in experimental group 2 were significantly different from those before the experiment(p=0.029p=0.039,p<0.05);The gluteus maximus in experimental group 2 was significantly different from that before the experiment(p=0.007,p<0.01).The gluteus maximus of experimental group 1 was significantly different from that of control group(p=0.049,p<0.05).The gluteus maximus of experimental group 2 was significantly different from that of experimental group 1(p=0.032,p<0.05).The gluteus maximus of experimental group 2 was significantly different from that of experimental group 3(p=0.029,p<0.001).(3)Research results of flagellate impact force: The relative impact force of flagellate leg in experimental group 2 after practice was significantly different from that before the experiment(p=0.041,p<0.05);The relative impact force of flagellate leg in experimental group 2 was significantly different from that in experimental group 1(p=0.049,p<0.05).Conclusion:(1)According to the electromyographic contribution data measured before flagellating force, the contribution degree of flagellating leg muscles from large to small is:gluteus maximus, vastus medialis, rectus femoris, hamstring, vastus lateralis, lateral head of gastrocnemius and medial head of gastrocnemius.(2)At the same time and the same number and times of flagellate sets, the comparison of blood lactic acid data shows that the training intensity of flagellate exercises is greater after flagellate exercises and elastic band exercises.(3)After flagellate air-block exercise and elastic band exercise,it was found through the comparison of EMG data that air-block exercise stimulated the gluteus maximus more deeply, and the main generating muscles of flagellate leg did not change; The elastic band exercise stimulated the rectus femoris more deeply, and the main generating muscle changed, and the rectus femoris generated more force.(4)After different loads of flagellate training, the blood lactic acid data comparison showed that the training intensity of the compound training was higher;Through the comparison of the electromyography data,it was found that the combined training of air blockage had deeper stimulation on the gluteus maximus.Through the comparison of the relative impact force data of flagellate leg,it is found that the combined air resistance training can improve the impact force of flagellate leg more than the simple low load air resistance training. |
