| China has entered an aging society,and improving the quality of life of the elderly and improving their health has become the focus of attention of society and the country.Taking part in physical exercise for the elderly can effectively improve their physical fitness and slow down the occurrence of chronic diseases,which is of great significance for alleviating the aging problem.In view of this,this article takes the sense of organizational identity of the elderly with sports organizations as the starting point,and uses self-efficacy as the intermediary variable to analyze the relationship between the elderly’s willingness to participate in physical exercise,providing reference for improving the level of physical exercise participation of the elderly.This article applies social cognitive theory,social exchange theory,and related literature to conduct research using methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis.It is assumed that organizational identity,emotional organizational identity,cognitive organizational identity,and evaluative organizational identity all have a positive impact on the willingness of the elderly to participate in physical exercise,and that organizational identity of the elderly has a positive impact on their self-efficacy,Based on this,a conceptual model of organizational identity,self-efficacy,and willingness to participate in physical exercise was constructed.Using existing mature questionnaires for reference,a questionnaire was designed and compiled.The elderly population in Yangpu District,Shanghai,was selected as the survey object.Research data were collected through questionnaires,and the initial questionnaire was revised and optimized using methods such as validity,reliability analysis,and exploratory factor analysis.Regression analysis,correlation analysis The single factor variance method and other research methods are used to test the correctness of the assumptions in this article and verify the effectiveness of the model.The research results show that organizational identity and its three dimensions of emotional identity,cognitive identity,and evaluative identity have a significant positive impact on the willingness to participate in physical exercise in the elderly.The strength of their impact is emotional identity,evaluative identity,and cognitive identity,respectively.Self efficacy has a significant positive impact on organizational identity,emotional identity,and cognitive identity The relationship between evaluative identity and willingness to participate in physical exercise in the elderly plays a partial mediating effect.In demographics,age,education background,self health evaluation,living status,and annual family income have a partially significant impact on organizational identity and its three dimensions,self-efficacy,and the willingness of the elderly to participate in physical exercise.The research draws the following conclusions: Age,health status,family income,and educational level directly affect the willingness and self-efficacy of the elderly to participate in physical exercise,which in turn affects their sense of identity with sports and fitness organizations.Social and social sports organizations should pay attention to this characteristic of the elderly group in order to better promote the elderly to participate in physical exercise and improve their physical fitness. |
