| In order to implement the relevant national policies on teacher’s professional ethics,strengthen and improve the current construction of teachers’ professional ethics,and cultivate a large contingent of high-quality and professional teachers,It is necessary to establish the main rights and responsibilities of teacher’s ethics construction in schools,implement the continuous deepening of the teacher’s ethics construction,and promote the institutionalization and normalization of the teacher’s ethics.This study adopts the Behavioral Science Management Theory and the Flexible Management Theory to select ten ordinary high schools(hereinafter referred to as high schools)distributed in different regions and types of X Province to conduct a reasonable and effective analysis of the current problems and countermeasures of teacher ethics construction.This study focuses on the construction of high school teacher ethics,elaborates on its principles,significance,content,and objectives,and points out that the planability,predictability,implementability,and evaluability of high school teacher ethics construction should be achieved.Through conducting questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews with teachers and management in ten high schools in X Province,the current situation of teacher ethics construction in X Province was investigated from three aspects: teacher ethics system construction,management environment construction,and education and training construction.The preliminary analysis summarized the current situation of teacher ethics construction in X Province’s ten high schools,and it was found that there are still areas where the development space of teacher ethics is being squeezed,management lacks normalization,and management environment needs to be optimized There are issues such as the simplification of teaching and training forms,the rigidity of evaluation mechanisms,and the convergence of construction paths.Behind these issues,it is reflected that the current progress in teacher ethics is mostly focused on verbal and conceptual aspects,without paying attention to the effectiveness of teacher ethics development.On the basis of problem analysis,this study attributes the factors that affect teacher’s ethics construction from the social,school,and teacher individuals levels.Secondly strengthening the high school teacher ethics construction from the following aspects: one is to innovate the concept of teacher ethics construction;The second is to strengthen the construction of teacher ethics system;Thirdly,reshape the management environment of teacher ethics;The fourth is to strengthen the construction of teacher ethics education and training.By clarifying attribution and implementing targeted strategies,we aim to promote the significant development of high school teacher ethics construction. |
