| Today’s is a new era of rapid development,whether it is the pace of life or learning,the pace of life and learning is getting faster and faster,today’s college students are the foundation and hope for the future development of the country,how can college students keep up with the pace of the development of the times? It is necessary to have a strong body and excellent psychological quality to adapt to the rhythm of today’s society.With the upsurge of lifelong sports thinking,lifelong sports awareness has attracted more and more attention from various universities.Campus sports competitions as a part of college sports work,is an important part of cultivating students’ lifelong sports awareness,campus sports competitions should take lifelong sports thinking as the background,in the process of sports competition to instill healthy sports knowledge,cultivate sports interest,teach sports skills,so that students have a deeper understanding of lifelong sports,so as to cultivate students’ lifelong sports awareness.Under the guidance of lifelong physical education theory,this paper studies college sports competitions based on the current situation of college students’ lifelong sports awareness.This study uses the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to investigate and study the sports competitions on campus and the lifelong sports awareness of college students in four colleges and universities,and comprehensively analyzes and studies the current situation of campus sports competitions,the current situation of college students’ lifelong sports awareness,the relationship between campus sports competitions and college students’ lifelong sports awareness,and how to cultivate students’ lifelong sports awareness in campus sports competitions.In view of the problems existing in campus sports competitions on the cultivation of college students’ lifelong sports awareness,benign suggestions for improving the physical and mental health of college students are put forward.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.From the overall perspective of sports competitions in colleges and universities,there are few projects carried out and are biased towards competition;Less frequent and less opportunities for student participation;Sports competitions are organized in a variety of ways,and student participation is still the traditional registration method of limiting the number of people;Sports competitions are rich in publicity but less publicity;Sports competitions are funded from a single source,mainly from school grants and self-financing.2.The understanding of students’ campus sports competitions is relatively comprehensive;Students are more satisfied with sports competitions,have a high willingness to participate,and most of them believe that competitions can promote physical exercise;The number of students participating in sports competitions is ideal,but the number of participants is lower and the number of professional guidance received is less,and it is believed that sports competitions are too tiring and the main reason for not participating in them;Students are most interested in departmental competitions,team participation methods,prize money,small ball projects,etc.3.Most students understand lifelong sports;Lifelong sports awareness is at the upper middle level,lifelong sports cognition is at the upper middle level,lifelong sports emotions are at the middle level,and lifelong sports will is at the middle to low level.There were no significant differences in lifelong sports cognition among students of different genders,and there were extremely significant differences in lifelong sports emotions and willpower.There are significant differences in lifelong sports cognition,emotion and will of students in different schools.There are significant differences in students’ lifelong sports cognition,emotion and will for different participation in sports competitions;There are significant differences in students’ lifelong sports cognition,emotion and will between the number of times they participate in sports competitions.There was a positive correlation between the number of student participation in competitions and lifelong sports cognition,emotion and willpower.4.In the process of cultivating college students’ lifelong sports awareness in campus sports competitions,diversified competition projects should be carried out with the starting point of cultivating students’ interest in sports,developing sports skills,enriching sports knowledge,cultivating sports emotions,publicizing lifelong sports concepts,and creating a sports atmosphere;Emphasize the role of students as the main body and cultivate interest in sports;Enrich the organizational forms of competitions and increase the frequency of conduct;Increase professional coaches and strengthen the construction of the referee team;Increase financial support and expand the scope of incentives;Build a harmonious and orderly competition atmosphere;Implement a graded competition model. |
