| With the advent of the post-epidemic era,online teaching mode has become the norm of Chinese teaching,and online classroom management problems are gradually highlighted,becoming one of the problems troubling Chinese teachers.As an online Chinese teacher in the Overseas Chinese Office of Wenqiao Trilingual School in Bali,Indonesia,the author conducted online Chinese teaching in the primary school for 6months and found many problems in online Chinese classroom management.Taking this as the research object,this paper summarizes the management problems of online Chinese classroom in primary schools in Indonesia,analyzes its characteristics and causes,actively seeks for targeted solutions,and boldly conducts experiments in classes to test the effect of these strategies.Strive to improve the management status of online Chinese teaching,and provide reference and help for other Chinese teachers.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.At present,online classroom management problems in primary school of Wenqiao Trilingual School mainly include online classroom time management problems,online classroom environment management problems,online classroom interpersonal problems and online classroom discipline management problems.Among them,interpersonal relationship problem is not prominent,but the other three kinds of problems occur frequently,the number of times,great influence on classroom teaching,classroom discipline problems are particularly serious.2.The three characteristics of online primary school Chinese classroom management are as follows: most online classroom management problems are sudden,more difficult to control compared with offline classroom management problems,and the solution of online classroom management problems is obviously delayed.3.Online classroom management problems are mainly caused by student factors,teacher factors,school factors,equipment platform environment factors.Among them,the student factors are embodied in the single learning motivation,poor learning attitude,individual personality differences and the primary school students are lively and playful characteristics.Teacher factors mainly refer to the deficiency of teachers’ teaching ability and classroom management ability,and the language level of Chinese teachers needs to be improved.School factors mainly refer to the arrangement of teaching management and the selection of teaching materials.The environmental factors of equipment platform include software platform,family environment of teachers and students in class,and social environment.4.Through three rounds of action research on the implementation of "Online classroom management Strategies" in Primary school of Wenqiao Trillingual School,it is found that strategies such as increasing the interest of courseware,formulating classroom rules,measures of extra points and points reduction,group cooperation and competition,and after-class conversation can effectively reduce the occurrence of classroom management problems.On this basis,solutions and suggestions are put forward by groups.On the one hand,the survey results of this paper are convenient for the Bali Wenqiao Trilingual School in Indonesia to carry out online Chinese teaching activities,and achieve better teaching effects.On the other hand,it provides reference significance and value for other Chinese schools and Chinese teachers in Southeast Asia. |
